Dear Mr. Soga,

It was brought to my attention that you were present during a February 22, 2021 Bail Hearing for my person.  Seeing that the BC Prosecution Service did not answer my questions to my satisfaction, I am writing you to ask you yourself. 

May I confirm through you that you were present at the Bail Hearing aforementioned?  May I ask you who and what you were representing in your presence at the bail hearing?  May I ask you who the other lawyer was who had declared his presence, along with who and what he was representing? 

There were two lawyers present, as well as crown counsel: Lori Ashton.  Court file(s) 98702-8A and 104604-1.
