February 18 2021 at 1139 hours, Lisa PALMER called PMPD to report her brother Daniel BERLADYN had [been upstairs in HIS Rightful Home] breached his court conditions by entering the main residence of 560 Foress Drive. PALMER reported that herself, her brother, and mother came to the residence, Margaret BERLADYN and Jim BERLADYN, and found that the basement connecting door was open and appeared tampered with. Daniel BERLADYN resides in the basement suite of the residence and has court conditions not to enter the main residence and no to tamper with any doors. Court conditions on file to ensure safety of Margaret BERLADYN residing upstairs (2020-5310 refers). Prior to attendance Daniel BERLADYN and Jim BERLADYN [shoved Dan BERLADYN] got in a shoving match while Jim BERLADYN attempted to close the connecting suite door. Police arrived and Daniel BERLADYN initially refused to exit the residence under police direction. Lisa PALMER, Margaret BERLADYN, and Jim BERLADYN were locked upstairs in the residence. Daniel BERLADYN eventually exited the basement suite and was taken into custody without issue. CPIC queries confirmed Daniel BERLADYN was in breach of 2 of his court conditions (see text). Statements taken from primary witnesses Jim BERLADYN and Margaret BERLADYN. Daniel BERLADYN transported to PMPD jail and held for JJP hearing based on well documented public safety concern. RTCC submitted.

Who bought, paid for and installed the door, and why was the lock turned to face the way that is as per this file? The door was bought, paid for and installed by my person in a renovation to protect my person and my position from my siblings who were literally abusing my person for the being "the one" who cared for my mother and home.

The lock was turned to face the other direction to protect my family from police "investigators" when I was extremely suicidal nearly killing myself in the house after throwing away medication that I should never have been on which was the medical fraud that I was subjected to as a result the decades long abuse by my siblings.

The injustice, incompetence and corruption here is absolutely through the roof.

This is bullshit. What is real here is that everyone has preyed upon my innocent and vulnerable person like the sick and disgusting communist criminal leeches that they really are. And then they get frustrated that they have handled all of this wrong since day one, which is why it keeps going. We are obviously not going to be friends.

Release Order 3531:98702-7-B

On September 8 2020, Judge S. DOSSA released Daniel BERLADYN on a Release Order with a total of 5 court imposed conditions for the charge "Failing to Comply with Probation Order" that occurred on September 6, 2020. For this investigation, Daniel BERLADYN was found in breach of the following conditions;

Condition 4 - You are not to go upstairs of 560 Forest Drive, Port Moody, BC

Condition 5 - You are not to change, alter or modify any of the locks at 560 Forest Drive, Port Moody, BC

Read that again, it seems... some may know more than they let on.

911 Call

At 1139 hours, Lisa PALMER (PALMER) called PMPD to report her brother Daniel BERLADYN had breached his court conditions by entering the main residence of 560 Foress Drive. PALMER reported that herself, her brother, (Jim BERLADYN), and mother (Margaret BERLADYN), came to the residence and found that the basement connecting door was open and appeared tampered with.

PALMER, Margaret BERLADYN, and Jim BERLADYN suspected Daniel BERLADYN removed the connecting door at some point by pulling the hinge pins which are on his side of the connecting door. The hinge pins were partially up leading them to suspect Daniel BERLADYN removed them, removed the door, and entered the main residence while his mother, Margaret BERLADYN, was not home.

PALMER advised Daniel BERLADYN resides in the basement suite of that residence and has court conditions not to enter the main residence and not to tamper with any doors .

Court conditions on file to ensure safety of Margaret BERLADYN residing upstairs (2020-5310 refers). Prior to attendance, Daniel BERLADYN and Jim BERLADYN got in a shoving match while Jim BERLADYN attempted to close the connecting door.

Police Action

At approx. 1152 hours, Police arrived and Daniel initially refused to exit the residence under police direction. Lisa PALMER, Margaret BERLADYN, and Jim BERLADYN were locked upstairs in the residence. Daniel BERLADYN yelled thru his basement suite window that he will not come out <and speak to police.

After a short discussion, Daniel BERLADYN eventually exited the basement suite and was taking into custody without issue.

Arrest / Charter Warn - Daniel BERLADYN

At 1215hours, Cst Kevin RUGGLES (Cst RUGGLES) read from a department issued charter card the Charter of Rights to Daniel BERLADYN for "Breach of Probation" as follows:

Section 10(a)
Section 10(b) Understand? "sure, yes"
Contact Lawyer? "no opinion"
Official Warning? "yes"

Daniel BERLADYN had in his possession his wallet which contained 2 pieces of BC government identification. Cst RUGGLES also had previously interacted with Daniel BERLADYN and confirmed his identity.

Police Action - cont'd

Cst RUGGLES pulled up CPIC (Canadian Police Information Centre) queries confirming Daniel BERLADYN was in breach of 2 of his court conditions (see attached court documents).

At 1224hours, Cst RUGGLES completed the transport to PMPD Jail and escorted Daniel BERLADYN into the jail booking area. Cst RUGGLES asked Daniel BERLADYN if he wished to be put in contact with any lawyer he wishes. Daniel BERLADYN responded something to the effect of "I will represent myself".

Daniel BERLADYN was photographed, fingerprinted, and lodged into cell 2 awaiting JJP Hearing.

The Police have withheld the Audio Files of a known and proven perjurer, yet again. The police are just as corrupt as my siblings. I have caught them in the past fudging files and statements. Quite honestly, the police and the entire system is terrible. It's just a corrupt fraud show for criminals.

Statements
On February 19, 2021 at approximately 1237 hours, Cst Richardo KUIPERS (Cst KUIPERS) obtained an audio statement from Lisa PALMER (PALMER) while at 560 Foress Drive, Port Moody. PALMER provided the following summarized statement:

• Her mother has not been living at 560 Foress Drive for sometime.
• Her mother asked her to attend the residence to pick up some items.
• She attended on February 10, 2021.
• As she entered she noticed the door between the basement and the upper living area was open a couple of inches.
• She immediately left the residence as she was fearful for her safety.
• She was aware that Daniel BERLADYN had conditions not to attend the upper living area.
• Her mother confirmed with her that the door was locked when she last left the residence.
• She was advised to return to the residence on a later date and secure the door.
• She returned on this date with her mother and brother, Jim BERLADYN, to lock the door.
• When they entered they noticed the door between basement and upper living area to be wide open.
• Her mother went downstairs to speak with Daniel and they had an argument in regards to him going upstairs.
• Daniel had his mother's mail and refused to give it back.
• Their mother attempted to close / lock the door , however Daniel prevented her from doing that by blocking the door.
• Jim BERLADYN assisted and eventually closed / locked the door.
• Daniel does not have a key to the door and the door locks from the upper unit side.
• It was believed that the door had been tampered with in order for him to open it.
• Her mother advised there were dishes and multiple food packages that were from the upper floor which indicated he was upstairs without permission.
• Daniel also has a condition not to be in contact with her, however, there was no contact between them during this incident.

At approximately 1244 hours the statement was concluded. Full transcribed statement to follow once complete.

On February 19, 2021 at approximately 1250 hours, Cst KUIPERS obtained an audio statement from James (JIM) BERLADYN while at 560 Foress Drive, Port Moody. JIM provided the following summarized statement:

• He was called by his mother to attend the residence as Daniel has been taking her mail.
• When he attended the residence with his mother and sister, he noticed the door separating the basement to the upper floor was wide open.
• He was aware that Daniel had conditions not to attend the upper floor or tamper with the door.
• He heard the argument between Daniel and his mother.
• He heard his mother telling Daniel that he was not allowed to take her food and she knew he had been upstairs because of all the dishes.
• Daniel had thean upper floor phone s downstairs which further confirmed he had been upstairs.
• Daniel refused to close the door and their mother asked Jim to assist.
• Jim went down and attempted to close the door as Daniel was blocking the doorway.
• Jim grabbed the door handle and closed the door.
• While attempting to close the door Daniel and Jim brushed shoulders.
• He confirmed Daniel did not have a key to the door and he would not be able to open it from his end without a key.
• He believed the pins of the door were removed in order to allow Daniel to take the door off the hinges.

At approximately 1258 hours the statement was concluded. Fully transcribed statement to follow once complete.

On February 19, 2021 at approximately 1307 hours, Cst KUIPERS obtained an audio statement from Margaret BERLADYN (Margaret) while at 560 Foress Drive, Port Moody. Margaret provided the following summarized statement:

• Had not been home for approximately one month.
• She was talking to Daniel via email.
• She requested he give her back her mail.
• She was told that the door between the basement was open and spoke with Daniel who would originally not give back her mail.
• She requested Daniel close the door, however he refused.
• She requested Jim assist with have the door closed.
• She confirmed the door was locked prior to leaving approximately one month ago.
• He does not have a key to the door and the door was locked from the upper floor side.
• She confirmed Daniel had been upstairs, all her food had been taken from the upstairs.
• She saw multiple dishes in the basement that belong upstairs.
• She did not ask Daniel to leave during the incident; however, she did request him to close the door.
• Daniel had taken the a home phones from the upper floor and took them one downstairs.
• She advised he was receiving calls to the house phone which he should not have access to.
