As a Union Organizer, my Business Manager Terry Davies, prompted me to seek Counseling.  Since it was my employer suggesting the topic, I felt I had at least take it somewhat seriously.  I seek'ed out a counselor near home, naturally I chose to support someone in my own city.  Port Moody.  I visited Dr. Owen James and he seemed respectable enough.

I had 27 visits according to the documentation provided by Dr. Owen James.  However there were undocumented visits and there's no mention of this on his behalf.  I think there is very good reason for that.

In November of 2015,  I sensed something very wrong with the tone in which I was denied a visit in person.  I wanted to pick up the information his office is legally obliged to give me upon my request.

Also, after paying for my information, the emails I had wrote (years before which were printed and given to me) appeared all out of order.  For me, it was as if someone had went through them, cherry picking ones to omit.  It was the first thing I realized and I heavily suspected this as information in which I know I wrote was missing.

Furthermore all of his "notes" are only one or two sentences long after spending an hour each visit opening up about all the problems in my life.  The information he supplied to me is a joke.  In places it even states things differently from what was actually said. I had the immediate thought of wanting the electronic versions of the files.  Those electronic versions depending on the software, will contain non-editable file creation dates, as well as editing dates.

I know of good reason for him to smear me, he'd lose his license upon proving the facts I have within me. Also, on top of that, he wrote my General Practitioner encouraging medicating me for life. A Prescription which I have now been told in November of 2015 that I never should have been on for the length of time I was. I now believe this whole system is a complete crock.  Now I firmly believe this after experiencing it.

In my view my problems are pretty simple. I was born into a highly dysfunctional family and developed multiple compounding problems. I was not born ill, I was made ill. The medication is just money maker. When you have a problem it's always best to fix what's causing the wound, rather than simply applying band-aids which only get cut through over and over again.

I myself, my friends and my employers understood the need to work out a resolution in terms of the house, equity and the ending to such.  This "doctor" essentially told my mother not to fix the problems and for me to stay on medication while paying to see him every week.  Furthermore, he guided me to do things I formerly always stood against.
