Subject: STATEMENT OF SGT CARROLL

On February 19, 2021 at approximately 1139 hours, Sgt CARROLL was on duty in full uniform driving a marked police vehicle. Sgt CARROLL was the A Shift Watch Commander.

Surprise, Surprise. I believe there is a reason why I was not provided the audio files for included statements.

At approximately that time, Sgt CARROLL overheard a broadcast of a domestic dispute in progress.

Of course you overheard it. I am led to believe that you planned this in full.

Information obtained indicated that the Subject of the Complaint, Daniel BERLADYN had breached conditions of his bail and had an altercation with his brother within the residence located at 560 Foress Drive, Port Moody, BC.

I suspect that if I wasn't running an Audio Recorder (that you did not appear to want me to turn on), and if I didn't tell a "Police Officer" who didn't seem to care to hear that I was just Assaulted, that this implied two way 'altercation' may not even appear in the file.

Sgt CARROLL is aware of the previous police investigations where Dan BERLADYN has threatened that if he were to obtain a gun he would shoot police that came on the property. Sgt CARROLL is also aware of the comments made by BERLADYN that he would commit suicide in front of the Port Moody Police Department. This information was broadcast in relation to the dispatch of the address and is referred to as a CAD hazard.

If I was the type to kill one of your "Officers" one would already be dead by now, along with my biological self as that would be the assumed outcome of such a situation. It is well documented that I am not a threat. Even if I was able to legally / socially get away with it, I am not the kind of person who could live with himself after such an act.

However, it is also well known among the populace that the police ARE a dangerous threat to safety. Prior to asking for assistance with the very people trying to undermine my life, and my needs, I would not have understood such myself. Now I do, as I am damaged, violated, and impaired at nearly every turn by police.

Sgt CARROLL is aware that BERLADYN regularly records police interactions.

Police Officers lie, manipulate, and literally engage in criminal cherry picking for their own corrupted self-interest. I record almost as a religious conviction. In fact it became a conviction after seeing the systematic corruption with my own eyes. Recording has almost become a "Medical Requirement" of mine as doing so improves my "Mental Health". As you will hear when the second file plays, Sgt CARROLL does not really wish for me to turn the recorder on.

Due to the information of the threat to police, Sgt CARROLL requested to be dispatched to the call.

Nah, I read kinda read bullshit here.

I liked you in person once we spoke after the fact, but reading this very file right now I can assume priorities and the lack thereof. I can sense that this was all pre-planned with very little care towards my person as ever more irreparable incremental damage is brought to myself, my family and my home. In fact, all the police have ever done is cause more problems that they then turn around and blame my person to be the fault thereof.

While en-route to the address, Sgt CARROLL overheard that BERLADYN had multiple court ordered conditions in relation to remaining within his suite at 560 Foress Dr. Sgt CARROLL over heard that BERLADYN had removed the pins of the suite door so he could access the upper suite despite conditions to not attend the upper suite. A condition that he was not permitted to change or alter the locks on the adjoining door was also broadcast.

Well, I think we are both smart enough to expect an innocent person unjustly railroaded into this death to fight for his life breaking ridiculous bureaucratic abuse mechanisms intended to self-perpetuate ever more disastrous control which only serves to kill the victim with the inefficiencies of bureaucracy slowly and painfully as it serves a one-sided interest.

Sgt CARROLL is aware of BERLADYN's history of residing within his mother's residence numerous files where the safety of Margaret BERLADYN has been compromised.

You are not concerned about my mother, my life long residence, nor my home here in Port Moody. If you were concerned about my mother, you would have removed the external parties who were intentionally destabilizing this household a very long time ago. Even further, you would have not destabilized it yourself.

If you truly cared about my mother you would have looked after my interests as I was the one who actually supported her. I am the one who made it possible for her to live in this house all of these years. Just as she desired to. If you cared, my mother would still have my money, my work, my efforts and my protection from dangers that be (IE: Intruders).

Instead, I feel that you have once again exploited my elderly mother in order to serve your own interests. Once again from what I can see, the police have attempted assist guiding my mother into killing me, her own son. What kind of sick and disgusting people make false claims that I am a threat to my own mother in order to justify their own fraudulent virtue signalling?

I, as my Father's Son, the one who stayed with my Mother expecting that I would die with her if need be in order to attempt to save her, the home, my father and my own future, I am a 'danger' implies Sgt CARROLL as my elderly mother is left in the protective company of those who have committed provable fraud, the coercion of an elderly citizen for unjust enrichment and whom had committed provable perjury.

For the protection of my elderly mother Sgt CARROLL has ensured that she is in the hands of those who have consistently attempted to coerce her into murdering her own son. For protective measure my elderly mother, my life codependent, is in the hands of those who have historically disposed of family members in their times of great need and only have only historically come back to their side for personal enrichment.

Upon arrival, Sgt CARROLL accounted for the higher than normal risk level with several members containing the residence and approaching the residence on foot with Cst RUGGLES and Cst KUIPERS. Cst RUGGLES moved a police vehicle down the block for ballistic cover should a firearms threat be discovered.

At first this read like police officer porn. What this really is to my person, is self-justification. It is relatively evident to my person that this was all pre-planned without even consideration to the true damages. Twelve 'Officers' at staged points with bean bag guns, all here and set up in rapid time.

If you actually put this much effort into openly sorting the truth of a situation you would not need these wasteful toys. I liked you in person, but I have little respect while reading this report. Insanity in individuals is rare, in groups it is the norm. It can be dangerous for groups of people to sit around and convince themselves things which is where God comes into play.

I feel that the police have convinced themselves to act for all the wrong reasons, and all the wrong outcomes, yet again. You people literally sent me as an innocent person into my death after asking for your assistance in dire need. No call too small. With each and every interaction, it is the same cycle of events to some effect.

Then after that fact, you have continually abused my person while inadvertently preventing me from recovering my own health and my own stability. Now with these most recent acts you bring irreparable insufferable damage to my home and to my life. Once again, the police have abused their position for their own misguided self-interest. At least this is how I feel.

Upon passing the driveway of the neighbouring residence, Sgt CARROLL observed a Caucasian male in basement window looking out at a police as they approached. Sgt CARROLL also observed a Caucasian female in a upstairs window. Sgt CARROLL noted that the male in the lower window opened the window and had what Sgt CARROLL believed to be a cell phone or audio recorder in his hands. Sgt CARROLL addressed the male as Dan and began speaking with him requesting that he come out to speak with the police. This male was subsequently identified as Daniel BERLADYN.

Apparently Korean / Chinese get treated better than those Caucasian males.

Sgt CARROLL remained on the roadway in the area of the police vehicle and asked several times if BERLADYN could exit the house so he could speak with police.

Is this really anything different than when I ask many times to simply just talk to me online where the conversation can be fair, balanced, recorded and "safe" for all involved?

Of course it is different, as I actually try to cater to your needs where you have not catered to mine. Most intelligent people can read through these files. I know online friends will. They help ensure that I am not trusting where I should not be trusting.

BERLADYN initially advised the he wasn't going to come out and questioned why police couldn't speak with him now. Sgt CARROLL advised that it wasn't appropriate to be yelling across the yard and against requested that he come out to speak with the police face to face.

It has become standard protocol as the Port Moody Police have a habit of violating myself and my home. On the other hand, I almost came out of the house to talk to the two Officers that were sent at the RCMP request just recently. The only reason I did not come outside was the fact I had just ran out of cigarettes. I was trying to limit everything for my own needs.

I didn't want to engage in a conversation that particular day either, but I did. Of course the department knows that as I had recently asked for those Officers to be informed of my apology. Much to my surprise, I watched the Police Department come to my website, listen to the audio, then reject the email after the fact. Now it can be claimed that the email was not received.

After several requests, BERLADYN advised that he would put on a jacket and shoes and come out to speak with police. After approximately two minutes the door opened and Sgt CARROLL observed BERLADYN in the carport. BERLADYN began to exit the garage and asked if he could get a belt. Sgt CARROLL that it could be grabbed later and BERLADYN stated he would get it now.

I had just woken up. I was completely off balance both psychologically and physically. I very much needed extra sleep this day. In fact, I somewhat made the erroneous mistake of believing that you were actually RESPECTING my religious desires to stay off this property. RCMP Members have proven capable of respecting those desires, but not the PMPD.

You can look to my Social Media on Gab and see that I felt that coming out and trusting you was a mistake, however I gave you the benefit of the doubt and allowed you to prove your own lack of credibility didn't I? On other thought tracks of mine, I placed myself in your shoes. Your job has to be possible so there is no point in attempting paint you in a corner.

BERLADYN returned to the residence and came back out while a belt on. BERLADYN walked toward Sgt CARROLL and began smoking a cigarette.

That was actually pretty rude. No respect. You just grabbed nearly a dollar of much needed medical substances from the mouth of a person you have already collectively impoverished beyond repair and threw it away. There was no need for any of this unless you are incapable people and you desire the ability to railroad victims into their death for your own convenience.

At that time, Sgt CARROLL was aware of BERLADYN's police investigations where suicide had been threatened and the comments about shooting police if he could get a gun.

Threatening suicide. That is such an interesting way to describe someone that you have collectively burdened with such impossible logistics that they would seek biological termination to end the internal pain ongoing pain that never and grows worse with passing day of incorrection. Claiming that someone is threatening suicide who has historically been of no personal care to you and yours.

Now you are starting to sound like my oldest brother Jimmy in regards to the gun comment. Just flog that dead horse and use the result of the issue you created over and over again as a means to achieve further self-interest.

The Port Moody Police are actually a disgrace for what they have done here, for what they continue to do here, considering the actual history. Respect is earned. You earned those comments by your deeply violating actions.

Sgt CARROLL was aware of the Release Order Conditions that BERLADYN was bound by and formed reasonable grounds to believe that BERLADYN had breached his release order by rendering the locks on the suite door ineffective.

If you people were investigators who actually investigated, and people didn't lie in order to misrepresent facts, if the 'system' actually worked, then this would be written different. This is not a "suite". This is not a "rental property". This is a single family residence and it has been since the day it was built. I am my father's son, this is the house he promised my mother upon marriage. You already have all those facts.

Once within an appropriate distance, Sgt CARROLL took hold of BERLADYN's left wrist and advised him that he was under arrest for Breach of a Release Order and handcuffed him.

Is it any wonder why people do not trust the police?

I believe that the police have acted out self interest in these exact affairs, and they have intentionally manipulated the facts, along with the legal situation, in order to drive outcomes within my home to their desires, thus destroying my life, my family, and resulting in affairs never being resolved, which only leads them to act in ever more self-interest.

BERLADYN immediately began complaining that the police had tricked him out of his house and he should have never had left his suite. BERLADYN advised that he wanted to tell the police that the wrong person was being arrested and the criminals were still inside the residence. Sgt CARROLL advised BERLADYN that the police were happy to speak with him once his Charter of Rights had been read and he was fully informed on his jeopardy.

The police are actually destroying any chance of biological survival along with any chance of proper resolution in these matters while rewarding people seeking unjust enrichment.

Quite honestly, the conduct by the police here again is just atrocious. While this going on, my eldest brother who has been seeking to undermine this house and my efforts for twenty five plus years was laughing his ass off in the front window while he enjoyed himself photographing the instance. Of course the police do not care to pay attention to that as they assisted in the efforts which only results in his gain and my death.

12:21 hours, once handcuffed, Sgt CARROLL transferred custody of BERLADYN to Cst RUGGLES. BERLADYN had made a point of activating an audio recorder upon his exit. Cst RUGGLES searched BERLADYN, and set aside his effects including the audio recorder and lodged BERLADYN in the back of the police vehicle.

The PMPD and the RCMP are getting tired of this is what Cst RUGGLES had stated to my person instantly bombarding my mind with evermore information. He came across as a touch seedy and this led me to instantly believe that they were attempting to RAILROAD my person for their own wrongful self-interest once more.

Sgt CARROLL spoke with Port Moody Police records section and confirmed that the conditions listed on the CPIC were current and active on this date. Sgt CARROLL briefly entered the residence of 560 Foress and overheard conversations between Cst KUIPERS and family members. During the conversation, Sgt CARROLL over heard that on an occasion 10 days prior and on today's date the suite was open. As Margaret BERLADYN had departed the residence in late 2020 and had locked and secured the suite door to prevent BERLADYN from entering the upstairs suite. At this time the door was fully open and Sgt CARROLL noted that the hinge pins were slightly unseated.

Sgt CARROLL assigned Cst KUIPERS to take statements of the witnesses at scene and photograph the door.

Photograph the door that I paid for and installed in a house that would not be here for you all to help my family screw me out and destroy, if not for my life suffering efforts of endeavouring to save it, along with my mother and my future. Do you not see that the police are actual problem here?

At approximately 1505 hours, at BERLADYN's request, Sgt CARROLL removed BERLADYN from his cell and provided him with his cigarette package and a lighter from his effects. BERLADYN and Sgt CARROLL had a global discussion about previous dealings with Port Moody Police and his family. No specific conversation occurred in regards to this dates events.

These are real world Medical Requirements. I do thank the Members who catered to these needs and doing so was the right thing regardless of the opinion of others.

Quite honestly, you may as well have just left me with a carton of cigarettes and locked me in the loading bay. I needed to smoke that much, or I would never be able to psychologically deal with the Bail Hearings of which I was literally made impossible under the conditions provided. I was not even alloted a pen to organise thought towards what was needed to communicate in the subsequent Bail Hearings.

Yes, I concur. There was a global discussion and nothing specific about this date in question. However, I was denied the request to make a recorded video statement, even though I was told upon Arrest that I would be able to make a statement.

At approximately 1520, BERLADYN was relodged in his cell.

This concludes Sgt CARROLL's involvement with this file.

RCMP INVOLVEMENT

Another Member in PMPD uniform took me out for cigarette at another time. I believe he identified with the first name of Steve. He explained that he was a HEAVY DUTY CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OFFICER with the RCMP. He went on to have some difficulty explaining that he was just hanging out with the PMPD these days for somewhat wishy-washy reasons which he couldn't properly define as he struggled in attempt to introduce himself. Meanwhile, here I am completely overloaded trying to make sense of everything without even being provided a pen to log thoughts, incidents and statements.

As I also suspect, and I have noted, that police officers are more concerned with threats to their lives, and to their safety, than they are to threats to the lives of civilians like myself. In fact, I know that to be to true because every single time that I express if you do this act it results in my death, and each and every time this happens they disregard my word. Then I am left struggling in torture to stay alive with only the act of death to prove the same truth I had expressed.

Other things he had stated that lingered within me for days on end:

• "I feel like I know you"
• "I have read so much of your writing"
• "You wouldn't like me"

Or words to such effect. I concluded that he must be associated with an entity whom I have identified as another investigating party based out of Surrey. Which is interesting as the Criminal Duty Counsel was said to be from Surrey, and I have yet to figure who the unexpected Lawyer was. Perhaps Legal Representation for the police/crown/government, or for family members, or for yet to be discovered entities? I hope I am not right about the latter.
