1.) So just to be clear, the Port Moody Police will not release camera footage of my audio/video statements made on their camera, while in their cell block. Video statements that state that the police are aiding and abetting my siblings who are, and have been, coercing an elderly citizen for unjust enrichment.

2/3.) They will not release information about the Bail Hearings, which if I am not mistaken are publicly viewable events. Seeing that my medical needs were denied, how could I, as person who is victimized into his death, ever properly take notes, organise responses, and properly defend myself when I am not even allotted a pen?

There is even more pertinent things to say... I just cannot get it all written out properly in this health. Which is why I wanted those recordings, they would help with countering in defensive moves.

Response–Server Malfunction:
Unfortunately, our Information and Technology Section (IT Section) has advised us that due to a server malfunction in late 2020, our cell block recordings saved prior to December 1, 2020 are unavailable. It is unknown at this time whether the data will be recoverable, although efforts are underway to determine this. The IT Section expects that that more will be known in 60-90 days. Please check back with us after May 15, 2021 if you have heard nothing further. We apologize for any inconvenience this cause.

This sounds like STONEWALLING. I am too impoverished. I am in such poor overall health that I couldn't possible write a physical letter, print it with ink I do not have, and mail with stamps that I cannot afford to buy.

I would like to reply further but I am under too much immediate personal burden to do so.  Blocking my preferential email address does not ease this immediate burden.  In fact, it only makes it much worse.  I suppose if I remember to Carbon Copy myself in the email communications I can make do.

Twenty-nine(29) files of video feeds from nine(9) different cameras that the police had told me were installed to prove police innocence in cause of a legal lawsuit. Out of nine(9) cameras, only one(1) has a partially working microphone that is barely audible. In areas where there is clear signage that Audio and Video are recorded, there is no audio. I have an extremely hard time believing any of this.

If that audio was favourable to the Port Moody Police, rather than damaging, it would likely be produced. Especially if it was able to be used against me "in a court of law". Anyways from how I am inclined to see things, the Port Moody Police stalled, brought in a "third party" to edit files, possibly enlisted a lawyer, and then decided to simply axe the audio that might incriminate them. That makes sense to me.

In fact, that is the only thing that makes sense to me.
