INCIDENT / DISPATCHED TO CALL:

On February 19, 2021 at approximately 1143 hours, Cst KUIPERS was dispatched to a domestic in progress at 560 Foress Drive, Port Moody. Multiple PMPD Members were also dispatched to the residence where Daniel BERLADYN (Daniel) was in a verbal domestic with his mother, Margaret BERLADYN (Margaret), and brother, James BERLADYN (Jim). Cst KUIPERS was familiar with Daniel as he was involved in multiple previous files.

While enroute, police were made aware that Daniel was bound by multiple conditions which included:

"You are not to change, alter or modify any of the locks at 560 Foress Drive, Port Moody"

The complainant, Lisa PALMER had advised that the door separating the basement and the upper floor may have had the pins removed as Daniel has the door open.

Cst KUIPERS and multiple PMPD members arrived at the residence and Daniel eventually existed the residence. Daniel was taken into custody without issues and transported to PMPD cells by Cst RUGGLES.

I never like it when files state 12:00 AM right on the nose. It makes me feels that the files were altered. However, maybe what the police use to write these reports are far more simple than what I have expected.

Multiple Members. Is Twelve(12) Port Moody Police Officers a normal amount of Officers to have on stand by at near noon on a Friday? Am I correct to assume that from what the information gathered both elsewhere and noted in these very files that the Port Moody Police intentionally set this day up with my siblings? Doing so in order to aide them in disposing of my person unjustly, solving all of their mutual problems at once?

It seems to be so. Just whack that one innocent person for the desires of the many. After all that is what they have continually done from day one.

I am not to change, alter or modify any of the locks that I paid for and installed, along with the doors, and the walls, in a home that would not be here if not for my continual pain and suffering, in my bid to save it, along with myself.

STATEMENT OF LISA PALMER:
At approximately 1237 hours, Cst KUIPERS obtained an audio statement from Lisa PALMER (PALMER) while at 560 Foress Drive, Port Moody. PALMER provided the following summarised statement:

This of course would be someone already proven to have committed perjury to a police officer. Seeing that Cst KUIPERS is familiar with myself and my files, he would be aware of such right?

Furthermore, if there was no self-interest on the part of the Port Moody Police, I would have these Audio Files to prove was the statements were true, and to prove that the Port Moody Police are not aiding and abetting my siblings to simply serve themselves and dispose of my person as a friend had made abundantly clear back in November of 2020.

STATEMENT of JAMES BERLADYN:
At approximately 1250 hours, Cst KUIPERS obtained an audio statement from James (JIM) BERLADYN while at 560 Foress Drive, Port Moody. JIM provided the following summarized statement:

At approximately 1304 hours, Cst KUIPERS obtained photos of the door that was allegedlyaltered or tampered with by Daniel.

I had to add the word allegedly in this statement as the Port Moody Police seem to forget in their continual failure to investigate that it is innocent until proven guilty in this country.
