SYNOPSIS - 1

CHECK WELL-BEING:

On June 22, 2018 at approximately 1030 hours, Cst OHASHI received a telephone call from Port Coquitlam Crown Counsel (Peter NG) who wished to advise Cst OHASHI that Daniel BERLADYN (BERLADYN) appeared in court this morning and was acquitted on charges relating to PMPD File: 2017-5371. Crown Counsel called no evidence in this matter; BERLADYN is still awaiting trial scheduled for June 29, 2018, in relation to PMPD File: 2017-6865(Breach of his Recognizance of Bail).

Crown Counsel advised Cst OHASHI that BERLADYN addressed the courtroom Judge on today's date and attempted to negotiate his return to his mother's residence ["HIS Rightful Home"] to which he currently has ano-go condition. As no such order was granted by the courts, Crown Counsel advised that BERLADYN then began making remarks about the courts "driving him to suicide" stating he could "die at any time". Crown Counsel was concerned about the remarks made by BERLADYN and is requesting that police conduct a check the well-being (the Judge did not order a mental health assessment as a result of the remarks made by BERLADYN).

Patrol assistance requested to assist in the check well-being of BERLADYN.

That was a Puppet-Show Peter NG and you knew it. I would love to give you a penny for your real thoughts as we waiting in the court room for trial. It was all over your face. I sure I knew what those thought really were actually. My lawyer was not only an embarrassment to himself, he was an embarrassment to you - wasn't he?

You two making your backroom deal beforehand, and my rejection of it.

On June 24, 2018, SGT FAULKNER noted BERLADYN had updated his blog on June 23, 2018, indicated courtfile number 98702-1 for mischief had been charged, stayed, dropped, and acquitted.
