Taking a Break

While I am reminded of just how long lasting the damage to someone's life can be by the acts committed out of ignorance of others, I have come to conclude that that is not just applicable to what others did to my life but to what I might be contributing to the Word myself through Social Media. The Russia / Ukraine 2022 Conflict has done exactly what I thought it would when I found myself unable to resist it. It consumed my limited energy, resources, sleep and ability to continue.

I am just taking a break. There is nothing I can do for those that I have come to know in Ukraine. Attempting to engage in response to official government tweets, posts, replies, etc., it only muddies my waters even more. It is all just a clutter of too much information that is ripe propaganda and political plays. I only add to my own confusion and that of others by participating. At least that's how I feel right now. I just want to take a break from everything and keep it simple.
