BAIL COMMENTS
Due to Daniel BERLADYN's (BERLADYN) numerous violations of his release conditions, Constable Thomas QUEENAN (Cst QUEENAN) opposes BERLADYN's release from custody. However, should BERLADYN be released Cst QUEENAN recommends the same conditions as the recognizance (412:17-6865).

I like QUEENAN but he is a "CHILD" and he knows nothing. I write this in February of 2021. His opinion is so backwards and so disgusting.. he would have been better off not to give it. I doubt he even understands that I have not even had the actual opportunity to explain why this is. You should try this from my shoes QUEENAN. You really should. You know nothing.
