Court Hearing, November 7th, 2016
G – Guilty Plea
I was so frustrated with my Court Appointed Lawyer speaking out of turn that I just plead Guilty to end the insanity.
Synopsis:
Submission: 1
Received Date: 01 NOV 2017 09:27 AMOn October 31, 2017 at approximately 1523 hours Audrey Hansford contacted the Port Moody Police Department (PMPD) and stated that Daniel BERLADYN (BERLADYN) was at HIS Rightful Home, 560 Foress Drive, and breaching his unjust no-go condition (PMPD 2017-5371).
Constable QUEENAN and Constable WEISTRA arrived on scene at approximately 1529 hours and observed BERLADYN standing on the front steps of 560 Foress Drive while talking to HIS Mother. BERLADYN was subsequently placed under arrest for breaching his unjust no contact and unjust no-go conditions. BERLADYN was transported back to the PMPD where he was booked in, fingerprinted, and provided access to his lawyer. BERLADYN to be held in custody for court on November 1, 2017. See RTCC Narrative. 94578-2-A Breach of Probation Order
After three visits I sensed probation officer was playing games and I wasn't having any of it. I stood my ground stating that I would not return. I was given a conditional discharge and I have noted changes in the probation office.
Old Notes from 2016
This probation officer, Chelsea Sauve, had looked like she had just seen God himself when I firmly told her that I would not return. When the time came to attend the next scheduled meeting I had to make the decision to keep my word or leave the house and submit to the corruption.
I was suddenly overcome with exhaustion and collapsed, simply passing out. Which is not really surprising as keeping my word was always very important. Even further, my health was so shot by this point that I was surprised that this did not happen more often. Collapsing and passing out that is.
