On September 11, 2018 at approximately 0031 hours Constable Thomas QUEENAN (Cst QUEENAN) and Constable Sam ZACHARIAS (Cst ZACHARIAS) attended 560 Foress Drive, Port Moody to attempt the arrest of Daniel BERLADYN (BERLADYN) for three outstanding warrants (412-2018-4888, 412-2017-6865, and 412-2017-5371).

Cst QUEENAN checked the basement window on the west side of the residence and observed BERLADYN sleeping inside. Police surrounded the house and Cst QUEENAN spoke with Margaret BERLADYN at the front door. Police were allowed to enter after the police threatened HIS Elderly Mother and BERLADYN was subsequently arrested for the three outstanding warrants and two counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance of Bail (412-2017-6865).

BERLADYN was then transported to the Port Moody Police Department Jail, photographed, searched, fingerprinted, and booked in. BERLADYN to be held in custody for court. See RTCC Narrative. Concluded.
