On August 18, 2018 at 1219 hours John ANDREWS (ANDREWS) reported that his former neighbour, Daniel BERLADYN (DANIEL) came to the door at 585 Foress Drive, at 1139 hours, wishing to speak with ANDREWS privately. ANDREWS was aware that Daniel isn't allowed to be around HIS Mother, Margaret BERLADYN, who lives at HIS Rightful Home, 560 Foress Drive. ANDREWS provided an audio statement and allowed Cst BALAKRISHNAN to view and take pictures of his CCTV recording.

Cst BALAKRISHNAN, ZACHARIAS, AYRE, ROSSETTI and A/Sgt HARFOUCHE attended 560 Foress to check on Margaret BERLADYN, who allowed police to search the home. There were signs of an adult male living in the basement bedroom, (clothing, shoes, personal grooming products, a tablet, computer and a plastic container with muffins that appeared fresh, an expired medicine container with Daniel's name on it). Margaret told police her grandchildren stay downstairs, but it had been over for two weeks since their last visit. Margaret said she has not seen Daniel since February 2018.

Cst BALAKRISHNAN is requesting a warrant to be issued for Daniel for breaching his unjust recognizance for being within a two block radius of HIS Rightful home.

All I know, is that Mrs. Rhodes told me not to be friends with John Andrews as she felt that he was a complete dolt. She was right, he was a dolt. However, on this street I always wanted to be neutrally positive and on friendly terms with everyone. When my sister came, I needed an escape. John Andrews it was. To be fair to the guy, we shared a tremendous amount in common. It is just that I had left my teenage years and I was far more principled in my personal conduct than he himself. That is until my sister came and wrecked this house. Anyways, long story short John Andrews proved to be a dolt. Instead of assisting in saving the life of friend, he turns his back, covers his ass for doing nothing wrong, and then lies to the police. Typical government employee.
