I texted my cousin, I threw myself out of that house intentionally. I would have died there. He had to play the victim card too, all while stealing my stuff. I did not expect that, but then I wasn't thinking right. I just knew if I didn't get out there I was screwed. That was how I felt. If I would have known better, I would have walked across the street and rented an empty house for a hundred dollars a month.

PROBLEMATIC GUEST:
On October 25, 2016 at approximately 1128 hours, complainant ["Mark Jeffrey BERLADYN"] left Cst OHASHI a voice message requesting police assistance in removing ["his cousin"], Daniel BERLADYN, from ["1730 Brunette Avenue, Coquitlam"]. Cst OHASHI subsequently phoned ["Mark BERLADYN"] who indicated he wished for Daniel BERLADYN to be removed from ["his house"] (he does not pay rent) due to his volatile behaviour. ["Mark BERLADYN"] stated he attempted to ask Daniel BERLADYN to vacate ["his house"] this morning, however, this resulted in confrontation. ["Mark BERLADYN"] added that he also received some concerning text messages from Daniel BERLADYN on today's date including: "don't bother, I'll be dead you stupid fuck...". For background information, Cst OHASHI is aware that Daniel BERLADYN has been residing with ["his cousin"] since being entered into a Section 810 (Peace Bond) recognizance in which Daniel BERLADYN has multiple no-contacts with family members (X-Reference PMPD File: 2016-616).
Cst OHASHI has liaised with Coquitlam RCMP Cpl. BARRETT regarding these circumstances and has directed ["Mark"] to contact the Coquitlam RCMP directly for police assistance in this matter.

Two completely useless twats. I now understand Corporal BARRETT and her bull-dyke approach in regards to my first meeting.
It's rather interesting that my cousin Mark, a guy who tried convincing me to lie in regards to tenancy(2015) at home, a guy who tried to coach me into threatening and even assaulting(2015) my brothers, a guy who was already eyeing my belongings(2016) at his place, would call the Port Moody Police and not the Coquitlam RCMP. Mark's cousin is an RCMP Member.
He lied to OHASHI. Of course she didn't care anyways, she looks better if I look bad and cannot recover. You can read all the texts right here on this site. Even the RCMP made comments that Mark was being unreasonable. He was actually being small and petty. Extremely small and extremely petty in fact. Stealing from someone exceptionally vulnerable who just had his life completely stolen out from under him. Acting this way out of emotional driven retaliation was a very feminine thing to do.
Mark simply does not have the same old school, hard earned, principles that I do. That I did. He never worked like I did. In fact, I remember him leaning a broom laughing... about screwing the pooch while he worked for Uncle Peter. I never respected that. I always thought that was wrong. Regardless, I would never steal someone's belongings like that. I know better, that is an absolute no-no, even in the worst of fights.
You just do not do that stuff. These are codes of honour that actually come from the trades as far as my opinion goes. You could fight with me at work, I would never steal your tools. It's been hammered into me. You just do not do that. Ever.
