On February 19, 2021 at approximately 1250 hours, Cst KUIPERS obtained an audio statement from James (JIM) BERLADYN while at 560 Foress Drive, Port Moody. JIM provided the following summarized statement:

This is a guy who has plotted to enrich himself at the expense of his youngest brother's endeavor to save his parents, his home and himself for twenty plus years. This is a guy who openly laughed that his own mother would lose their home and then he spent the next two decades plus trying to pull/push down the one trying to save the home. This is honestly extremely disgusting and it displays the failure of the "system".

The cops do not care as they explained in November 2015 while I was nearly dropping dead from the abuse. Everyone tells me the cops are not your friends, they are not the good guys, just like my oldest brother. The same with the doctors, they are a bunch of criminal frauds. They don't care, they just care about their government programs that rip off the public purse otherwise none of this would have turned out this way.

He was called by his mother to attend the residence as Daniel has been taking her mail.

Why would I "take" my mother's mail? This is a total fraud. I am the one that has lived with my mother and ensured that this house was kept. I was the one who historically looked after her mail while she was gone on free holiday trips, organizing and presenting it nicely for her return. I was not the loser who looted this house to pay for my own place. I was not the loser who was undermining the person actually supporting his mother. Jimmy BERLADYN is a total piece of shit.

The cops already know this, but they don't give a shit. They are all total frauds. Just drown someone asking for help, there no problem the police have solved. They are Losers. The same with the crown, they know this already.

When he attended the residence with his mother and sister, he noticed the door separating the basement to the upper floor was wide open.

He came here with the full intent of abusing and disposing of his baby brother which is what this he has attempted to do for forty years plus. This is his dream. Run away from his parents in need while laughing that he will not help and that they are to lose everything after paying off his own house by lying, cheating and stealing, all while falsely boosting his own self-esteem by laughing at and undermining his younger brother for taking on all of the burden, the one actually doing what he refused to do himself.

Then as per his uncontrollable desires, he has to steal the life of this other person under false grounds. If he was looking after his mother himself, he'd be piss poor. He'd be piss poor like his own father upon his death. He'd be piss poor like me. The guy is a piece of shit and other people that know him told me that he should be in jail for what he did to me. They know him, they watched his video testimony, and they could not believe that the system is this inept, this incapable, this corrupt to allow this to happen.

I cannot even write this properly, but he is a total piece of shit. If he wasn't such a piece of shit, he would demanding that my sister, the police, the crown and the courts were not fucking me over. Which they are and have been, right into my absolute impoverishment and impending death. He is such a piece of shit that it is unbelievable in comparison to my father who risked everything to save his older brother. It's too bad I was not on the recording game years ago. I am the one that has been abused consistently, right into bankruptcy, suicide, nearly dropping dead, you name it.

Why?

Because I am the one who actually did it. I am the one who placed my parents, my family, my home before myself. That is why. I cannot say that I truly intended to place them before myself, it just that everything was all wrapped up into one package as the only viable option. To save myself, I had to save my parents, save my home, and thus myself. All my eggs in one basket, completely exposed to selfish greedy self-centred siblings. If you want to see a family murder one of their own, that is exactly what is going here, with the State fully assisting. It is disgusting.

He was aware that Daniel was under conditions not to attend the upper floor or tamper with the door.

Actually, again Jim is total piece of shit who is enjoying the fact that I am getting fucked over by a crooked system. One that actually appeared to intentionally write down the wrong address thus nullifying the court orders. I was instructed not to speak when this was set up in what appears to be my favour. In these affairs I trusted that the judge actually knew better. That the judge knew how immoral those court orders were. Perhaps I am giving too much credit, but in my wanting eyes to see people in positions as just, it made good sense.

Furthermore, if Jimmy was honest with himself he would know my Father would NEVER accept such conditions in this house for my person. In fact, my Father was concerned that this would happen to me, just as the same in effect was done to him by the same actors. Even further, if Jimmy was honest he would know my mother would not have have gone for this herself and that whole idea if it was not for Lisa PALMER, Jim BERLADYN and the Port Moody Police who are too self-serving to see their own sickness while coercing an elderly citizen for their short term gains.

He heard an argument between Daniel and their mother

Yeah... whatever. What a fucking fraud. This piece of shit is waiting around the corner, most likely in a pre-scripted desired outcome that he was encouraging. My siblings Jim BERLADYN and Lisa PALMER want my demise, and as the most manipulative two children that my mother has always been somewhat powerless against, they were pushing her to act unreasonable towards my person. They, likely along with the police, were creating this whole dynamic for their own purposes. The cops are just as guilty, just as fraudulent as my siblings. They really are, they knew what they were doing since the beginning.

There was no argument. There was just me, the vulnerable person driven in his death, who was just woken up and completely out of it while literally being attacked for doing the only thing he could to repair his life and recover as these people plot to undermine him from even biologically surviving. They are killing their own family member in order take from that same family member. As mother's good friend said: "they are so greedy, they are so selfish" that they will completely destroy one of their own for their perceived entitlement which is completely unjust in the historical reality.

Daniel had the upper floor phones downstairs which further confirmed he had been upstairs.

This is almost laughable.

Daniel refused to close the door and their mother asked Jim to assist.

His Wet-Dream. Dispose of his baby brother. He was waiting for this, as this was plotted. He wanted this.

Jim, went down and attempted to close the door as Daniel was blocking the doorway.

Hiding around the corner half way on the steps, coercing his mother and encouraging her to be unrealistic in order to fulfill his dream of disposing his younger more vulnerable paternal competition. This escalates into his assault of someone so abused, and so impoverished, that death has been accepted if the situation does not improve by an immediate and very near x-point. This guy, had wanted this so bad that he made it happen. He is desperate to be a man save the day, not to be outdone by his youngest brother who he has shafted all his life. He has been 90% of the problem throughout the years.

Jim grabbed the door handle and closed the door.

Pretty tough for a guy who claimed he was scared for his life and scared for the life of his students at BCIT.

While attempting to close the door, Daniel and Jim brushed shoulders.

Sounds like my sister who committed perjury, except this assault was even worse. This was a direct premeditated intentional physical assault against my person. There is a reason I have wanted restraining orders against this lying, cheating, piece of shit for nearly twenty years. He enjoys bringing harm to my person. He enjoys undermining the relationship between my mother and myself. Historically he was 90% of the problem in this house, or perhaps it would be right he caused 90% of the problems, however it wasn't always him exclusively.

He believed the pins of the doors were removed in order to allow Daniel to take the door off the hinges.

Maybe I should let them think that. Maybe I should let them think whatever story they want.
