No one will help me, so I am posting short factual stories to Facebook in case I drop dead and die. This way I cannot simply be written off as crazy. I had a moment of care for how writing about my siblings was affecting my mother. OHASHI, who was all gung-ho to build case against an innocent guy getting slaughtered by his siblings writes in her Narratives to the Crown that I expressed no concern for my mother. She is an absolutely retarded piece of shit. She's either a criminal, or an idiot. Perhaps both.

SYNOPSIS-1

On January 14, 2016 Dan BERLADYN contacted the PMPD to request members check the well-being of ["his mother Marg BERLADYN"]. Dan was worried as he has been posting items to Facebook that ["she"] might find upsetting and was worried. Cst WINKEL and Cst OHASHI attended and spoke with Dan. Dan has obvious mental health issues, is facing possible eviction and his well-being may be deteriorating. No answer or signs of worries at ["Marg's"] residence. Cst OHASHI will deal with ongoing monitoring BERLADYN issues as the MHO.

PMHL INVOLVEMENT:

On January 14th, 2016 at approximately 1558 hours, Cst OHASHI was made aware that Daniel BERLADYN had called the Port Moody Police Department to request assistance on checking on ["Marg BERLADYN"], as Daniel BERLADYN stated he was posting items to Facebook that ["his mother"] might interpret as upsetting. Cst OHASHI and Cst VANWINKEL attended the BERLADYN's residence located at ["560 Foress Drive, Port Moody"], and that mental health resources were available to ["her"] if needed. ["Marg BERLADYN"] was determined not to be home at this time.

Earlier on the same date, Cst OHASHI had been in contact with the Tri-Cities Mental Health team who confirmed that two (2) nurses had visited Daniel BERLADYN recently and are currently working on engaging him in mental health treatment with the ultimate goal of connecting him with a psychiatrist. Tri-Cities Mental Health confirmed they would be following up with Daniel BERLADYN on January 18th, 2016, and would update Cst OHASHI with the care plan moving forward.

On January 14th, 2016 at approximately 1710 hours, Cst OHASHI phoned [ - BLANK - ]. who stated [ --- LONG BLANK --- ]. [ --- LONG BLANK --- ] spoke to Cst OHASHI [ --- LONG BLANK --- ] and confirmed that [ - BLANK - ] was attempting to evict Daniel BERLADYN from the residence and that an arbitration hearing was scheduled for tomorrow ( January 15h, 2016 ) with the Landlord Tenancy Branch. [ --- LONG BLANK - TWO LINES ---].

Mental Health Liaison to continue to monitor Daniel BERLADYN and liaise with the Tri-Cities Mental Health Team regarding a treatment plan.
