On September 06, 2020 at 1326 hours, Cst ZACHARIAS obtained an audio-recorded statement from Margaret BERLADYN.
Summary of Margaret's Statement:
- Margaret stated her daughter attended for a short visit, on today's date at approximately 1230 hours in the kitchen of her home.
- Within 10 minutes of her being present, he (Daniel) attended upstairs of the residence and began yelling at Lisa, using foul language.
- Margaret told Daniel to leave, Daniel replied with "no", Lisa began to call police, Daniel left to the basement when he believed the police to be coming.
- Margaret observed Daniel to be very confrontational, did not observe anything physical but Daniel was very close to Lisa's face.

Why HIDE the Evidence? Why do you HIDE the Truth?
Two minute recordings. When I read this file initially, I instantly felt the Port Moody Police was yet again pulling another fast one on a life-long resident who saved his mother from losing her home and was living under promise while abused and coerced by others. You people come across as reckless teenagers with badges and guns. You have appear to have no sense of morality.
The reality here is that Lisa DEMANDED that my mother tell me to leave. I do not believe I stated no to anyone other than my sister who has no right to push me around this house. I would have to listen to the recording for more detail, however the only reason that it is not openly uploaded is because you never shared your evidence. Typical of the Port Moody Police.
You just expect everyone to believe that you are honest and upstanding because of your government grifter badge. The routine conduct here by you and your peers appears to be dishonest and self-serving. In the end, you are a puke who lives off the public purse walking into someone else's family home causing the immense destruction thereof that you should be absolutely ashamed of.
You deserve to be quartered for the problems you inserted into this situation.
