- Lisa came over to her mother's home, speaking with her mother upstairs:
- Lisa observed Daniel come upstairs with a tape recorder, yelling at her, accusing Lisa of tarnishing his relationship with his mother and other nonsensical matters.
- Lisa observed Daniel come into very close contact (within 1 foot);
- Lisa told him to leave he did not;
- Lisa observed Margaret tell Daniel to leave 2 or 3 times, however Daniel refused to leave;
- Lisa observed Daniel retreat to the basement when he heard sirens;
- Lisa was concerned for safety during the encounter, though it was not physical.
