Intitially I was referred to Rana Yonadim, as a Case Worker, along with Pam, a Psychiatric Nurse.   They were sent to my via referal by the Port Moody Police Department, visiting my home on Jan 12th.  Once I visited Pam in her office, I believe I was reffered to John, who may or may not be my actual Case Worker.

In my first meeting, I was late so it was short.  John tried to get me to admit I was crazy, stating he himself was crazy.  He asked if the posts on Facebook were for Revenge.  I stated no, I stated they were intended to tell my side of the story so that I dropped dead my family could not walk around telling everyone I was nuts like they do.  We talked about court and how I am too stressed and that I'd likely be decimated in my current state.  He agreed telling me to go home, relax and to see him in three days. I never made the next appointment as I was railroaded into hospital.

The next appointment, my second we talked of illnesses.  John was very impressed with how much I had settled down after the hospital.  He did state that he thought I had a mental illness due to the lack of depression.  With my overall current status I explained that I would be dead if I get depressed and I will.  It have to keep my head up otherwise I'll stand no chance of recovery.  I also explained my pressured speech due to high caffiene and trying decompress 40 years of pent up  history to someone in the second hour of knowing them.  We both agreed the Medical System can completely screw over my life.  John suggested a mood stabilizer to keep me stable.
