Subject: Cst HUNTER #108
On September 6th, 2020 the Port Moody Police Department were notified of a domestic dispute at 560 Foress Drive. Daniel BERLADYN was yelling at his sister and mother while in the top floor of the residence.
Remember this is the guy that was laughing and giggling over Arresting someone in an Emergency Ward Hospital Bed throwing him out and into the street with no notice. Someone who nearly committed suicide just two years prior, and someone who had nearly dropped dead from stress just two months prior, just throw him out into the street to lose everything important to his life, including his hard earned livelihood of nearly twenty-five years. He did this, all on false accounts of hearsay and intentional miss-direct intended to harm my person.
Even further, the police even told Lisa PALMER not to come here to this address. At least they claimed such. She did anyways, and there comes this Cst HUNTER. He just marches right in with a predetermined plan to competely violate my home and person, throwing me out all over again. Do not believe his reports here. I could see his intent a mile away the moment I laid eyes on him. His intent after literally costing me my life and everything in it, including the losses of what I can easily account to the tune of $500,000 was just to show up and do it all over again.
He is a danger to the public. The entire Port Moody Police Department is a danger to the populace.
Members arrived and observed Daniel speaking through the basement window. Daniel was very aggitated and yelling and swearing while neighbours looked on. Cst ZACHARIAS spoke with Daniel's mother and sister upstairs while Cst HUNTER spoke with Daniel through the basement window. Cst HUNTER has had many police interactions with Daniel and the majority of them were in a manor that a conversation could occur but with endless circles of logic.
A total clown show. The Court Orders did not match what was expressed. The Port Moody Police Department once again violated my person who could not afford to have this happen. The damage caused by these rejects... I am almost surprised that I have not killed myself by now, and it was only luck and the good will of others that has avoided such a thing. As I now write this, I am not even able to feed able to feed myself, and these ridiculous clowns bear no responsibility for their acts upon a life-long resident.
On todays date Daniel was the most aggitated and unreasonable that Cst HUNTER has ever seen him. Cst HUNTER was advised that there was a court ordered condition that Daniel;
Do I sound unreasonable with somebody who has no clue and no care for my person? Do I sound unreasonable with someone who has already completely destroyed my life unjustly and nearly killed me, by similar failures of his duty to investigate and conduct himself appropriately? These people in uniform are absolutely terrible. They are not bad people to talk to one on one when there is no pressing issue, but judging by their ACTIONS they are reckless dangers to the populace.

Cst HUNTER asked Daniel what had started the argument and again Daniel was talking about a corrupt system and that if he was removed he would be murdered and it would kill him.
Are you ever a STUPID PIECE OF FUCKING CRAP.
Cst ZACHARIAS advised that Daniel's mother had repeatedly asking him to leave when the argument started with his sister which happened in front of her. Daniel did not leave and the police were called. Daniel only left because police sirens could be heard.

Cst HUNTER tried to ask that a conversation take place at the side door so that the neighbourhood did not have to hear his swearing and yelling but he refused.
You fucking LOSER. You tried to march straight in here and remove me without any intent whatsoever of anything else. Furthermore, the neighbours think you guys are totally ridiculous. You are full of shit. If you cared about the neighbours you would not have been running your sirens and making all kinds of noise at 3:00 AM outside the house. You people are total pieces of shit. You want to deflect all of your failings onto my severely injured person.
Cst ZACHARIAS obtained the consent of Daniel's mother to enter and remove.
You people are the biggest fucking losers. You are pond scum. I am going to assume that you didn't threaten her this time, you likely just assisted my sister in coercing her, as you served the lying, cheating, whore. You are all reckless criminals. You guys are so blind that you do not even know how truly immoral that you really are. You people are dumber than dirt. Of course, many of you actually know it, but have no care of concern for right and wrong.
At this point Cst HUNTER's concern was that if Daniel was removed and advised to come back another time when his mother allowed it, this may push him to a state where he may himself.

There had been a recent alleged threat to kill his sister and boyfriend. These threats were made on-line which is still being investigated.
Well at first you say alleged, then you state otherwise.
When you find those supposed threats let me know. Until then perhaps we could discuss all of this openly online like adults. Just as I have asked all of you to do for how many years now? You claim to be investigations, however you all incapable of investing out the open where all can see you talk to an honesty online who inviting you to speak to him. Instead you hang out in the shadows while you continue to violate an innocent person who has been victimized right into near death and suicide for years.
