Hi Shirley,

I just thought I’d reach out to you regarding the possibility of applying for an extension of Daniel BERLADYN’s conditions (his current Peace Bond expires on July 21, 2017). I had a very helpful discussion with Delia yesterday at our CIT meeting regarding some options available to us and would like to suggest another joint meeting between police and probation at your convenience. We (Coquitlam RCMP – Cst Wells and Cpl Barrett, PO Sauve and myself) previously held a case conference back in November 2016 to discuss BERLADYN and I felt this was very productive in regard to both a support and offender management perspective. There have been a few police contacts since then involving BERLADYN that would be relevant for you in regard to his on-going monitoring.
As a side note, has BERLADYN provided you with an updated address? I was contacted by a Ridge Meadows member recently who believed he may be residing in Maple Ridge, so it may be pertinent to involve their
Mental Health Liaison if this is the case.

I took a quick peak of Dan's blog as forwarded by Mike and it looks like Dan is venting in regard to the Canada Revenue
Agency - I don't have any immediate concerns in regard to any potential suicidal ideation that would trigger a check the
well-being (just for your awareness some of Dan's online comments in the past have definitely triggered a check the
well-being). I also believe a check well-being often creates more stress for Dan and don't believe that's in his best
interests unless it's warranted. Would you be able to take a read and let me know if your assessment is the same /
different?

Daniel seems to be falling off the rails. Information may lean toward him being evicted from his residence and he is now
stashing items at moms house. My opinion is by putting his personal items on the property he may think he will have
leverage to attend there whenever he wants. Below is my little narrative. This is KNOBLAUCH’s file and I just dealt with
Daniel. I am having problems with my RMS due to not using it for long. I sent my text page through MRE desktop but not

Just a quick update as I got a text message from Peter NG - Daniel didn't cooperate with the assessment today, but
appeared again in court and the Judge managed to obtain his agreement for him to cooperate with an assessment.
Peter said Daniel will remain in custody until tomorrow (at least).

an in-custody basis so Daniel will remain in custody over the weekend to appear again on Monday.

I just received a call from Peter NG who has approved charges for PMPD File: 2017-5371 and will be issuing a warrant
for BERLADYN’s arrest. Peter NG has kindly assigned the file to himself as he is familiar with BERLADYN and will be
holding a specific sentencing position. At such a time that BERLADYN is arrested, it would be helpful for him to be held
for court so that Peter NG can speak directly to the file.

BERLADYN has been held in custody since September 15 th and appeared in court again today – his psychiatric
assessment was completed and he was found to be fit. However, BERLADYN then threatened to kill himself if he was
released on a condition not to contact 22
at which time the Judge then had concerns for his fitness arising out
of these comments and ordered a 30-day in-custody psychiatric assessment. The matter has been adjourned to October
17, but could be called ahead if the assessment is completed sooner.

Hi Badger!
A Roger’s Order is a set of conditions related to an accused’s mental health that can be requested from Crown Counsel
as a bail recommendation – generally speaking, the following needs to be satisfied:
1) That mental health was a major contributing factor to the offence
2) That without treatment / supervision the accused is likely to re-offend
3) That there have been failed voluntary treatment attempts and / or non-compliance with medication in the
community
Examples of Roger’s Order conditions read something like the following (they do vary slightly):

  1. You will take reasonable steps to maintain yourself in such condition that your condition will not likely cause
    you to conduct yourself in a manner dangerous to yourself or anyone else, and that it is not likely you will
    commit further offences.
  2. You will thereafter attend as directed from time to time at the Forensic Outpatient Clinic or Tri Cities Mental
    Health or any related Mental Health Service for the purpose of receiving such medical counselling and
    treatment as may be recommended except that you shall not be required to submit to any treatment or
    medication to which you do not consent.
  3. You shall provide your treating physician with a copy of this Order and the name, address and telephone
    number of your Probation Officer/Bail Supervisor. You shall instruct your treating physician that if you fail to
    take medication as prescribed by him or her or fail to keep any appointment made with him or her, he or she is
    to advise your Probation Officer/Bail Supervisor immediately of any such failures.
  4. You are to abstain absolutely from the consumption and possession of alcohol or any drugs listed in the
    Controlled Drugs and Substances Act for which you do not have a lawful personal prescription
  5. If you do not consent to the form of medical treatment or medication which is prescribed, you shall forthwith
    report to your Bail Supervisor and thereafter as directed by your Bail Supervisor.
    I actually asked Travis a couple weeks back to have Rob and I arrange for a time through our Training Section to do some
    informal briefings at squads – in which I’d like to talk about Roger’s Orders (they are super simple to ask for) and other
    mental health resources available to you guys… so something should be blessed by the powers that be soon! ;)

    In August, I felt bad the moment you pulled me over for my tone. I couldn’t help it, right in the beginning even I didn’t

    I had to save my life and follow through with the only option I had without you guys fouling that up. Intentionally or
    not. For me, it was about removing items on my plate, not adding to them. A lawyer was the last thing I wanted to add
    to the mix.
    I thought you were a nice guy and I do still think you are a nice guy. T hrough all this writing, through verbal interactions,
    everything… things happen fast, I get it. It’s easy to write something down wrong, state something wrong, etc. Just as
    it is easy to cover rear ends, deflect and steer a case one way or another. My writing, I wish it was better, but
    everything I need for that was taken away in February 2016. It was inevitable that I was going to land in this
    position. Something that seems like not a big deal to one of you, could easily mean life for me.
    Anyways, I cannot complete everything I wanted to write you, I do not have the time. I do think you are a nice guy. I do
    wish I responded better, if I didn’t get physically attacked and then kept awake all night, for a couple of nights on end,
    by a kid trying to draw me out to fight in September, I might have contacted you. That is neither here nor there now, I
    know. Thank you for noting I was not aggressive. I can be mentally in completing tasks, I was a very hard worker, but I
    am not a physically aggressive person. I am actually usually far too slow at physically responding, but I have stood up to
    a guys a lot larger than me. Well, when I was much younger, I will not now. I am far too old and physically sick from
    years of stresses. That kid that attacked me in September, that was one of the very few physical altercations I have ever
    had. For the record, he did attack me, not the other way around. I just wanted to be left alone.
    There was some important things I had wanted to state, I suppose positive resolve for everyone was one of
    them. However it doesn’t seem like there are enough willing parties. I am not necessarily speaking of my family
    here. It’s too convoluted now. Please congratulate Cst. BALAKRISHNAN on my behalf if you would – Meritorious
    Service. She did me no wrong. I thought she was smart for quietly observing. Please thank her for the lighter she

So I’m writing a crown for Daniel BERLADYN for breaching his conditions. The two files (2017-6865 and 2017-5371) have
confused me.
Both files have paperwork showing the same conditions and that he must attend court on December 19, 2017. There is
no paperwork showing any updated conditions from that court date. Plus the recog of bail from 17-5371 shows
cancelled as acquitted then a correction from June 22, 2018. The paperwork shows a condition of a no go to a two block
radius, but the CPIC reads one block, which leads me to believe there is paperwork that is missing.
I wanted to finish off the crown tonight (August 19, 2018) because I’m off next block and don’t wanna wait submitting
the crown until September. Basically I don’t wanna do the Crown up on paperwork that is outdated, or should be
replaced by something else.
If possible can you help me make sense of this so when I come in tonight (August 20) that I can get this crown done?

Hi Sam. The back of the photos in the pack have a light grey number near the top left corner. If the witness selects the
suspect you just need to look at the number and you can include that info on the crown. You would probably need to
photocopy the front and back( on one sheet of paper) of all the photos and send to crown. If they request an info sheet

I believe you are both aware, but I wanted to let you know the outcome of Daniel BERLADYN’s latest court appearance
on March 20, 2019 relating to PMPD File: 2018-5345 (Breach of Recognizance) as a follow-up to our previous meetings
re: risk management in the community moving forward. We were successful in achieving a guilty verdict at trial and

Daniel BERLADYN was sentenced to an 18-month non-reporting probationary period with the following condition:

To have no contact with 22
except with her consent, and upon her consent being
withdrawn, he is to remove himself physically from her presence and have no further contact unless initiated by
her.
All other matters before the courts were stayed by Crown given the above conviction.

Hi again Sam,
The last time I had emailed you was about 12 hours after I got home from the Royal Columbian Hospital that you and
Wong had railroaded me into. I must have said a lot of sensitive things in that email. It was written between 4:00am
and 6:30am May 26th, 2020. Just like my emails to the Port Moody Police Deparment Victim Services in November of
2015, it has been DELETED from Google's Servers. It was a rather long email. I felt bad because I did not even check it
for typos. I watched it send. I noted the copy here. I read it several times after it was sent. I even considered fixing the
typos. I didn't want to bother you, so I didn't do that.
If any average person had read that email, they would probably consider me to be a very honest, forgiving, nice
person. In fact, I know it displayed much good nature and good will towards you, a Port Moody Police Officer. It stated
how I had RESPECT for you. How you EARNED it. How I never UPLOADED YOUR VOICE FILES to this Website for you. It
displayed someone not wanting to lay "blame" on you. It displayed someone taking the high road. It displayed
someone extending an offering off peace and the desire to continue to express respect towards you and Officer
Wong. It also was coming from someone obviously very tired, very run down. It expressed how you hurt my feelings by
telling me that you did not trust me. It expressed remorse for possibly hurting your feelings.
The email stated quite a bit including the $1500+ I just lost by forcing me into the hospital. I am not collecting
government money. It also stated that the Port Moody Police Department nearly KILLED me multiple times. Me, a life
long Port Moody Resident. A Life Long Resident who stayed with his parents, throwing his life down in order avoid the
demise of the afformentioned. It contained things about how I nearly killed myself in the darkest six months of my life,
only to go through a very painful recovery, survive, rebuild and only to be driven back into decimation to the point
where I almost dropped dead in front of your fellow Officers for the three weeks surrounding my forteith(40th) birthday
where I was asking the Port Moody Police for help only to be RAILROADED out into the street to lose everything that the
loss thereof would have triggered my suicide which I had just recovered from.
The email exlained how your Police Department was told on November 7th, 2015, that if I was forced out of my home
(by the Port Moody Police) - it would kill me. I was told by the good AMERICAN OFFICER that the Port Moody Police
would NOT do that. What did the Port Moody Police do next hardly two months later? Forced me out of my home and
right into my death. I explained how that was ATTEMPTED MURDER on the behalf of the Port Moody Police
Department. My mother did not even want you do that. She came to me, wanting me to stop it. Insanity. An elderly
citizen getting manipulated into killing her own son, and your Department willing helped laughing about it. It was funny
to the people you work with. MURDERING RESIDENTS of the City of which you work. Funny.
I believe I went onto say a lot of things. Including how I survived all that, and your Department tried to do it again. I

I can be rather course in language which quite honestly began with the severe injustice of the last half decade, along

words in reply to your person because your eyes and your nose are burned into an impression in my mind from the
expression on your face as you told me that you did not trust me. Now I need counselling and psychological therapy
(sarcastic humour). I could not give a forensic artist enough information to sketch your face, but somehow I have now
morphed however you actually look into a crossed image with my own mother and my God mother. Strange stuff and
it's probably too much to share with you.
As for wanting the best for my person… (yeah this one might take a lot to write out). Books in fact.
If you were operating on your own, which seems rather odd to me as my burned out calculator calculates the math as to
how often you read my website.. along with my mental noting of three RCMP cars in Coquitlam, who just happened to
be in the right places at the right time, if you were operating on your own, or even with them and had wanted to just
perform a cursory check up that's not necessarily wrong of you. I have re-read those words and I think it is rather
extreme to think I might go out and start knocking off innocent people. On a personal note, sometimes as I write my
health is not the best and I do wish words were placed a little tighter as to where I want them in that same moment,
but.. sometimes just getting the words out, rather than perfection, is the higher priority. My concern in attempting to
push the boundary and bring attention to the extreme dangers of controlling speech is the fact that I might
inadvertently plant the seed in some nut job somewhere that goes out and actually does it. Awareness. Personal
Responsibility. I seem to have some sense of such.
Carrying on this conversation, I am extremely disappointed not to read any concern about the fact that Government
Endorsed Corporate Entities are severely damaging, impeding and violating the individual health of Canadians and the
national health of Canada as a whole. In fact, I forgive you as one single individual who might not see what I am trying
to point out, but I find this all to be rather incredibly appalling.
You are worried that I might go kill someone while turning a blind eye to the COMMUNIST CONTROL MECHANISMS that
are the root source of the Natural Response that I feel in emotion. There are times when I am blocked from Social
Media where I feel that would rip the throat right out from the fucker's neck responsible for such. Which is exactly the
same thing that they have done to My Person. It is completely Natural to want to take an Eye for an Eye so to speak. If
you cannot understand the political, the social, the financial, and the health impairment to Canadian Geese who get
their beaks glued shut - then maybe you need to reassess a few things.

I have expressed such to Members of Parliament, even stating how I envisioned attempting such a thing. Not 60
minutes after entering such information into what just might be, for all intents and purposes, a government spy
platform, I leave the house to find one of your "Officers" trying to play a form of chicken with me at Glenayre

just laughed to myself as it happened. The reasons for such are to be found in a communication to The Royal Family.
I had to find myself absolutely needing to stoop to that level, at that risk, to be on par with you guys. For the scales to
find their balance as the Port Moody Police and My Person passed by each other a few times without incident in
Glenayre. As I have written on the Port Moody Mayor's page at least once, if not more times. You guy's go your way, I'll
go mine, we will get along fine. Otherwise "Cluster B traits" and neither of us needs such a thing. No ones does. Keep
the Peace.

emails finished in June without taking a look. I just remember that I was the last send. No

As for today, I mean.. I think you were as good as could be expected. Is that a new title, maybe I should
check the history? I am not going to. I am going to go bed here. I have to at least try to get some gears
spinning, and even at that… unless I come into a good chunk of money fairly quickly. Cst. Hunter
thought I had consider money on me. Nope, not to meet my needs I didn't.
The morning wasn't terribly stressful. It was just simply more taxation. For me it's all just bureaucratic
tax on a computer that's just worn out. I suppose my dignity, or pride or something rather as well. The
stress relief came from writing the letter to Peter Ng, Administrative Crown Counsel. Once I did that, I
felt much better. Release, and that was kind of short because there was lots I cut off. Afterwords I
thought I probably should have included everything I had written. I felt much better, but was still
tired. Maybe that's women feel like. You're carrying around this load, and boom you give birth. You
feel much better, but you're still dazed with a certain kind of tired that I cannot describe. That after
lull. For me in the morning it was just, let's get to Court, set a date or whatever was going to be, and get
on with things that need to be done. Poof.. Not so fast, here's the bureaucracy with some more straw
to put on my wagon. Wouldn't want to lighten the load.
Don't take too much offense in what I might output in text, at least try not to. But sometimes I do stuff
like this. Why explain an event ten times to twenty different people? The only thing is, that it's
probably just an incredible waste of time but I see value in it.

I was speaking to another neighbour yesterday and he told me about the ridiculousness of the Port Moody Police racing
up Garrow Drive, lights flashing, going so fast that one car completely missed the turn. He wanted to file a
complaint. He was shocked to learn that that was for me on September 6th. Another upstanding citizen with less than
a favourable view of your department.
For as much was I write, there is almost no words to describe entire scope of the gross incompetence of the Port Moody
Police and the injustice(s) they have brought to my person over the last five plus years. As a whole, you have actually
aided and abetted abusive siblings who have psychologically, emotionally and financially abused my person while
seeking to unjustly emotionally and monetarily enrich themselves through the coercion of an elderly citizen leading
multiple near deaths of one(me) of their own family members. Which quite frankly, is not quite unlike the Port Moody
Police. In reality members of the police department are no different than my siblings. I find the majority of you to be
self-serving, manipulative, shy on true personal effort, personal accountability, personal responsibility, and
dishonest. In looking at the web-site you sure seem to spend great effort taking selfies and promoting yourselves.
As a whole, just about everything single thing you people have done has been completely upside down and
backwards. You have glossed over actual crime that nearly resulted in death. On top of this you have railroaded an
innocent victim into the street penniless, after that person just recovered from near suicide, and after they nearly
dropped dead from stress, nearly completely destroying what he just went through tremendous pains to save. It took a
Criminal Duty Counsel a whole five minutes to point to the Evidence and state that I was RAILROADED. Railroaded by
police officers who have basically openly admitted that they did not want to help me. You people are actually
Criminals. You Serve-Yourselves on the Public Purse, and you destroy peoples homes, relationships, finances,
livelihoods and then you walk away feeling like you have accomplished something.
You railroad honest lifelong residents out of their homes so that people who do not even live in Port Moody can effect
control over those same homes. You delete and block communications, delete publicly viewable reviews, and laugh
about it amongst each other (I am almost certain recordings have even caught that). You deny people assistance, then
deny you them the right to their homes while they are in critical need of such and you assist people who cheat, exploit,
steal, lie, manipulate, and financially abuse elderly people etc. to take those homes. Birds of a feather flock
together. Right Sam? I just picked up and glanced at the Particulars for 104604. It makes me sick. You are disgusting to
be continually attacking a victim with your corrupt bureaucracy.
A yearly budget of $9,000,000 for salaries. That's almost $50,000,000 over five years. Your department has unjustly
destroyed my health, my finances, my livelihood, and cost me $500,000 in lost wages, and damages to property, lost
property, etc. Not to mention destroyed relations with friends, peers, associates, employers, extended family members
and on and on. My cat is dead because of you people. I am all but biologically dead because of you people. Every time
I start pulling back together, I am either knocked back down directly by your ridiculously inept actions as a police

As for today, I mean.. I think you were as good as could

The morning wasn't terribly stressful. It was just simply

Administrative Crown Counsel. Once I did that, I felt
much better. Release, and that was kind of short
because there was lots I cut off. Afterwords I thought I

written. I felt much better, but was still tired. Maybe
that's women feel like. You're carrying around this
load, and boom you give birth. You feel much better,
but you're still dazed with a certain kind of tired that I
cannot describe. That after lull. For me in the morning
it was just, let's get to Court, set a date or whatever
was going to be, and get on with things that need to be
done. Poof.. Not so fast, here's the bureaucracy with
some more straw to put on my wagon. Wouldn't want
to lighten the load.
Don't take too much offense in what I might output in
text, at least try not to. But sometimes I do stuff like
this. Why explain an event ten times to twenty
different people? The only thing is, that it's probably
just an incredible waste of time but I see value in it.

taking a look. I just remember that I was the last send. No

As for today, I mean.. I think you were as good as could be expected. Is
that a new title, maybe I should check the history? I am not going to. I
am going to go bed here. I have to at least try to get some gears
spinning, and even at that… unless I come into a good chunk of money
fairly quickly. Cst. Hunter thought I had consider money on me. Nope,
not to meet my needs I didn't.
The morning wasn't terribly stressful. It was just simply more
taxation. For me it's all just bureaucratic tax on a computer that's just
worn out. I suppose my dignity, or pride or something rather as
well. The stress relief came from writing the letter to Peter Ng,
Administrative Crown Counsel. Once I did that, I felt much
better. Release, and that was kind of short because there was lots I cut
off. Afterwords I thought I probably should have included everything I
had written. I felt much better, but was still tired. Maybe that's
women feel like. You're carrying around this load, and boom you give
birth. You feel much better, but you're still dazed with a certain kind of
tired that I cannot describe. That after lull. For me in the morning it
was just, let's get to Court, set a date or whatever was going to be, and
get on with things that need to be done. Poof.. Not so fast, here's the
bureaucracy with some more straw to put on my wagon. Wouldn't
want to lighten the load.
Don't take too much offense in what I might output in text, at least try
not to. But sometimes I do stuff like this. Why explain an event ten
times to twenty different people? The only thing is, that it's probably
just an incredible waste of time but I see value in it.

me for PMPD failures. Initially that was my read. As far as meeting you
regarding an Arrest Warrant after you had theoretically emailed such, I
cannot say what I would and what I would have not done. My cup is
too full this morning, my mind needs to go elsewhere, and I am still
dazed and without enough rest. If I had noticed your email, a comment
to my website, a communication over Social Media which I assume you
do not (cannot) use, and you explained to me what you did - I can see
myself meeting you over it. I might have wanted the RCMP to attend, I
am not sure, which was what happened the other day anyways. Maybe
that part is not necessary, I am not sure right now.
In August of 2018, when the RCMP had emailed I responded. I was in
very poor health and I was attempting a write letter to UNDISCLOSED
IDENTITIES regarding the affairs, all while having to climb up from the
bottom of the bottom of the bottom most barrel. Never in my life did I
ever think that I would be doing the jobs that I was doing for the people
that I was doing them for at the rates that I was doing them for. Please
do not take offense to this, but I do not believe you will ever
comprehend the damages to my life. I am NOT like many of you in so
many ways. In fact, in many ways, I am NOT like many other peoples at
all. Everyday things other people dismiss and take for granted without
care one way or another were crucial pride points for me. Pride is a
driver. Not the Queer-Pride, that's not Pride, that's Lunacy. That stuff
is an Inversion just as it "intended" to be. Inverted Truth.
