SYNOPSIS - 1

May 16 2019 at 0931hours, ["A HOUSE WRECKING WHORE"] called PMPD on behalf of ["A LOSER SHE USED"] who was having issues with ["THE MALE VICTIM OF THE HOUSE SHE IS TRYING TO UNDERMINE AND CHEAT"] Daniel BERLADYN at home located at ["HIS RIGHTFUL HOME"]. [_BLANK_] reported [_BLANK_] had scheduled an electrician to install a ceiling fan in the home this morning which was a [_BLANK_] [_BLANK_] gift. The electrician arrived and Daniel refused to allow the electrician to enter by yelling/swearing until he left the property. [_BLANK_] owns/lives the house and Daniel stays in a make shift basement suite which has access to the entire home. [_BLANK_] was concerned as Daniel was acting aggressive toward the electrician and refusing [_BLANK_] the right to have a ceiling fan installed. CPIC shows Daniel is bound by Recognizance to leave the property once requested to do so by [_BLANK_] at any time. Police arrived and Daniel answered the main door yelling at police. Daniel went downstairs to his "suite", locked the door, and yelled thru the door. [_BLANK_] told Cst RUGGLES she wants Daniel to leave for the afternoon so the electrician can do his work. Cst RUGGLES advised Daniel is requesting him to leave, in which he responded by refusing to exit and swearing / yelling at the police behind the locked suite door. Police were able to facilitate the installation of the ceiling fan by "keeping the peace" in the main portion of the home while Daniel locked himself in the "suite". [_BLANK_] advised Daniel was free to be in the house once the electrician was done the work and police would no longer be required. It was discussed at great length PMPD would not be treating this as a barricaded suspect and an arrest warrant would be requested thru the Provincial Courts for this incident. See GO.
