SYNOPSIS - 1

On October 31, 2017 at approximately 1523 hours ["SOME DUMB GOVERNMENT CUNT"] contacted the Port Moody Police Department (PMPD) and stated that Daniel BERLADYN (BERLADYN) was at ["HIS"] residence, ["HIS RIGHTFUL HOME"], and breaching his no-go condition (PMPD 2017-5371). Constable QUEENAN and Constable WEISTRA arrived on scene at approximately 1529 hours and observed BERLADYN standing on the front steps of ["HIS RIGHTFUL HOME"] while talking to ["HIS OWN MOTHER"]. BERLADYN was subsequently placed under arrest for breaching his no contact and no-go recognizance conditions. BERLADYN was transported back to the PMPD where he was booked in, fingerprinted, and provided access to his lawyer. BERLADYN to be held in custody for court on November 1, 2017. See RTCC Narrative.
