SYNOPSIS - 1
On August 9, 2020 at approximately 1227 hours, [_BLANK_] reported that Daniel BERLADYN (BERLADYN) was yelling outside the front door of [HIS Rightful HOME]. BERLADYN was also speaking loudly inside. BERLADYN is known to suffer from mental health disorders. Members attended, spoke with both BERLADYN and [HIS Mother]). All parties were safe. No further police action required at this time.

This one will time to explain. I do not think BUHRIG did any wrong here. However, over the course of the last five years, if I would have had the stable resources to support myself and the health to actually correct all these police files as I am doing here, this day may have never have happened.
My "mental health" issues are from people try to cheat me out my home and life. Once again, I do not like that terminology, but I do not seem blame BUHRIG for such as he late to the game here. This file, like the rest will be continually written over time. I've never needed a bureaucrat to 'manage' my "mental health".
All I have needed his/her wages to do so myself.

As what are you going to do, incarcerate my person into a psychiatric ward like an idiot, creating a bunch of wasteful useless files for bureaucrats to justify their own positions while they take from the public purse and damage my health even further in the process? I am not going to verbally explain these issues, nor am I going to cry my heart out to some criminal who is going to misappropriate all the information given.
I assume that EDP means Emotionally Disturbed Person. Anyone in my shoes would be emotionally disturbed in such a case. A friend in 2015 stated that my situation was like living with someone who is cheating on you. People are actively coming into your home, messing with the structure of such, with things I cannot even describe and sleeping with your wife.
