CROWN FOLLOW-UP RESPONSE:

On September 12, 2017 at 1824 hours, complainant [_BLANK_] called to report that ["his/her brother"], Daniel BERLADYN (BERLADYN), may have broken into the residence of ["HIMSELF"] at ["560 Foress Drive"], Port Moody. ["Marg BERLADYN"] was out of town and BERLADYN's van was spotted parked in the driveway. Police attended to clear the residence and did not locate BERLADYN.

Was the SWAT TEAM and Military type vehicles really necessary?

I note the Related Date/Time states 00:00. Does that mean that you went back and edited / added to these files after the fact?

Attempted Break and Enter. I have the opinion that if I was home, I would have been shot. I was maybe 5km or more away, looking for a police officer when a neighbour phoned asking me if I was alright. It was strange, out of the blue he was worried about me. He later told me he thought I might get hurt by the use of excessive force. Why didn't the ERT just ping my phone, or did they?

They must have. If they didn't, this is disgusting. I was on foot elsewhere looking for a cop and although I did not plan on it, I came back completely unaware of what had transpired and I slept there that night. Leaving in the morning well after the Sun came up. Almost comical. By the way, if I had wanted in the house, I just would have went in the house (breaking nothing) unlike you guys.
