On August 13th 2018 at 1124 hours, Cst RILEY and Cst TRAIETTI attended ["HIS RIGHTFUL HOME"] in attempt to arrest Daniel BERLADYN, who is currently wanted BC wide for FTC, and cause fear or injury. Cst RILEY spoke with ["HIS MOTHER"] who stated ["HER SON"] was not home and has not been in some time. Cst RILEY requested that ["HIS MOTHER"] contact police if BERLADYN returns to residence. NFAR.

I, as a Provincial Court Judge, will have to rule in favour that you pose a legitimate 'Fear of Injury' in order to protect you from them. I will have to rule that you are a threat to the people trying to take your life, and in thus unjust act I will give those very people trying to take your life, your life.

Once it is written down, every boob wearing a uniform can use it an excuse to chase after Bambi as a dangerous threat. Even more importantly, every single failure that steals their income from the public purse can now have reason for continuing to do so. We have to make our make work projects around here.

This is such a joke, if the two giggling female PMPD employees in the back of the courtroom wrote this stuff down, these officers might have had a clue. If they were not so busy celebrating their accomplishments in RAILROADING an Innocent Victim into his death they might have written this down so that the department could acknowledge their own error.

Of course, they would have to have integrity and care for that to happen.
