On September 11, 2018 at approximately 0030hrs, Cst ZACHARIAS attended 560 Foress Drive in an attempt to locate and arrest Daniel BERLADYN (BERLADYN). Cst ZACHARIAS initially viewed the rear of the house from public property behind a chain-link fence. Cst. ZACHARIAS then walked to the West side of the home, where he pointed out a window leading to the home's basement. Cst ZACHARIAS witnessed Cst QUEENAN look into the window; Cst QUEENAN confirmed that BERLADYN was present in the basement room.

Cst ZACHARIAS subsequently contained the rear of the house until further units arrived. At approximately 0100, Cst ZACHARIAS entered the home with consent from the home owner (who the police had just threatened). Cst ZACHARIAS and Cst QUEENAN found BERLADYN laying in bed in the basement suite (same room Cst QUEENAN observed BERLADYN sleeping in earlier). Cst ZACHARIAS assisted with arresting BERLADYN; controlling his left arm and appling handcuffs to BERLADYN's wrists.

Cst ZACHARIAS assisted with booking BERLADYN into cells.

Cst ZACHARIAS returned to the residence to determine if a key found on BERLADYN's person provided entry into the home. The key was negative. Cst ZACHARIAS returned the key to BERLADYN's effects in PMPD cellblock.
