Just the other day I received your letter requesting an additional $11.37. I hope I am not dumb enough to stir the hornets nest here, but I just might be. I don’t expect anyone to touch this post, but I am not sure how many Canadians get a response to their Income Tax submission within three days of filing, especially during peak tax time. Then there is your mailing to the wrong address, however perhaps my advisor is right, it was unintentional on your behalf. I have to check all those facts, but I am pretty sure that’s where we stand. We are currently over $12,000 apart in a difference of opinion.
That difference of opinion is not the sole reason for my Financial Implosion, but it surely has nearly guaranteed an inability to remain as a Productive Member of Society. Someone who actually works and produces. You have copies of those wages, believe me, those wages are not easy to secure. Perhaps at best, they have now been cut in half and still falling as I am completely crippled from actually building steam and recovering. I am still waiting for an advisement, but my intentions have been to conduct myself in a manner that is both best for you, the industry I work in and myself. It is my opinion that I lose financially having taxes deducted at the source, but I have done so intentionally.
I don’t see others investing in what I am forced to invest to keep myself operating to the best of my ability. Thousands every year in tool purchases, last year over $50,000 to secure my livelihood. How many people in your offices have to do that? It’s interesting actually, as last year a person who was proud to state they were retired from a formerly high position in a Crown Corporation was actually trying to force me to cheat both Income Tax and GST. I refused her and then this happens to me.
When I filed my taxes my emotional and mental state was probably the equivalent of a mashed potato. When I wrote you that personal two paged letter, it was the same thing. I was suffering from completely mashed mental health. However, it was honest. Currently I am waiting for advisement from a third party, the first time in my life I have done so. I read a few years back, that all the Government Systems are now connected to some degree. I sure hope that is not the source of this current problem. That being one part of the System, triggers the entire Governing body to crush someone.
My write offs are legit and in fact, I have many receipts that I have not included. I’ll likely never win with you people, not without great cost, but you should prize me as I have almost always actually stood above most in the Trade. For twenty-three years I’ve watched people cheat, play and act outside the system. Even Government Employees. Perhaps as a single male I am simply targeted now for enslavement and control, but I argue that I am already enslaved and controlled. This is completely unnecessary.
