A Stay of Proceedings.
I did not hear Lori Ashton state that the Proceedings have been Stayed. I only heard her elude to the possibility of such happening while she degraded my person with the rest of her commentary during the last Court Appearance.
There are private notes of preparation written before court this morning on page two of this post. Private Notes: meaning that they are publicly 'Not Viewable' here on this website. I am just going to leave them that way for now.
This post has been updated with the addition of the Audio and improved text on June 5th, 2021. I was too sick with this stuff to write a post properly. I am still too sick to decipher was was muttered outside myself and the judge.
One of the thoughts I need to add here as well, was that I had been, and I am still, so sick that I could not process anything other than the fact that the train running over me had stopped. That meant reprieve for someone who made very ill.
A Stay of Proceedings is not necessarily in my best interests for various reasons, but I cannot even think about that at the moment.

Address the Interruption
I ask that I am not interrupted while I speak to the court.
Address the Lawyer Deflection
I also ask that the Court not deflect it's own failure onto suggestions regarding Lawyers who only act as fall persons for the abysmal failure of outrageously corrupted processes conducted by government criminals literally stealing from the public purse.
I cannot for the life of me prepare sensible responses. I am simply made too ill.
The Abuses of Process and the Collective Corruption within these very Courts themselves have made my person far too ill to properly respond to entities who have a proven track record of legally Victimising Victims for their own purposes.
Withheld Evidence
The Police and the Crown Office have withheld necessary evidence for a fair trial. Last night I had filed a complaint and a request for a review with the Office of Information Privacy Commissioner regarding the Crown Office and my attempt to retrieve much needed evidence. There are now two requests for review regarding the same evidence.

I have been the Victim of SEXIST ABUSIVE FEMALES and SEXIST ABUSIVE GOVERNMENT POLICY. I am made exceptionally ill by the dynamics given here. These Courts have literally MURDERED MY PERSON. I wouldn't even be alive I obeyed the ridiculousness of these very courts and yet Lori Ashton appears to think it is appropriate to continue judicially abusing me making my person so ill that I do not even want to live any longer. God is my doctor, not the fraud conducted by entities of the Provincial Government.
These Courts are Misdirected
Lori Ashton has "Miss" Informed the Courts and "Miss" Represented Facts in previous Court Appearances leading up this very day. The result of which has impaired the natural functioning of my home and my relationship with my very own mother. My mother and I are the Victims of reckless and unaccountable government entities and abusive siblings. Meanwhile, everyone ignores real crime committed by multiple parties and incidences elsewhere, all while completely abusing my person into my death.
Address Health Issues
It is simply not possible to continue these court proceedings that should not even be taking place due to the impairments to my health which have been caused by such. Fraserhealth has clearly chosen to continue their stated practice of being able to help my person, but choosing not to. I should perhaps consider myself lucky, as they have only damaged my overall health as nearly every government approved medical "assistance" has.
Recommendations made to Crown Counsel

1.) Cease and Desist, offering a full apology to Her Majesty the Queen, and to the greater populace for squandering resources on senseless bureaucratic Goose Chases that have nearly resulted in the death of an innocent Canadian Citizen who has done nothing wrong given all of the combined circumstances applied in real time. Apologise for your part in furthering judicial fraud at the expense of the public purse and every Canadian paying out of pocket for such abominations.
Furthermore, you recommend to the Courts on my behalf that I should forever be left alone and not be bothered by Police, Legal Affairs, and anything else Damaging to My Person (including my Siblings) as I have already been put through more injustice than I would ever wish upon any other person. This, while recognizing that my Home is my Church, and although Her Majesty the Queen Herself maybe welcome within such – the rest of you and your ensuing Corruption are not.
2.) Partial Progression, if you cannot meet the first recommendation, then you stand before a Judge and you recommend that the government entities involving themselves and the people within such, shoulder the full expense of your activities forced upon my person. To date that is in the excess of $500,000. I generally like to charge out at $50+ per hour, $400 per day is adequate, and for the greater bulk of my life I worked overtime.
As it stands now, I am in continuous over-time suffering the damages and already incurred while catering to your ambitions. Let’s not stop there however, let’s have every single file ever created by every single government entity regarding my person and these affairs. From such, I will accurately write out my forensic history as truthfully as possible and set it free before the world to study, learn from, and judge in order to improve this system for everyone.
3.) Pursue your Prosecution. Happily pursue your ambition to do so as stated within the last court appearance. You do so under the condition that you yourself Lori Ashton bear absolute full responsibility for the death of my person, should that happen. I am not warning you here. I am not threatening you. I am however directly telling you that you are dangerously and recklessly playing with fire. Probably more so than you could ever know.
Seeing that you have been unwilling to address me as instructed: “The Sir that You Murdered in 2016”, then you may address me within the Courts as: “The Sir that You have thus far Failed to Fully Biologically Decease”.
Upon expected Failure of the Courts
Let it be known to the Provincial Courts of British Columbia that I have done everything within my health to deal with these matters appropriately. I am going to give you exactly what you have asked for. I am not willing to live in a completely corrupt society where everyone just completely ignores government entities killing innocent Canadian Citizens unjustly through completely corrupt and inept bureaucracies. My existence have been driven into my death and torture without care for anything other than personal liabilities.
