If I am more concerned about the Truth being expressed, rather than the Truth being stifled and buried, he might be the wrong guy to ask. However, if I managed to write things properly in this health, then he has plenty of abundant power to throw around. Mind you, everyone has a boss and everything happens for a reason as they so say.

I am writing you by the only means that I can, via email. I will attempt to get a written paper letter to your Office in parallel to this one, but for all intents and purpose an email should suffice in these particular matters. There are two documents here of direct concern to your entity, links are provided via the url and only a standard web-browser and internet connection is required to view them. No different than a simple web-page really.

I fear as someone more concerned about expressing the Truth, as opposed to someone wishing to oppress such, that this may be the wrong office to ask for assistance. However, I also know that if I manage in this health to write things out properly, then just the same - this is definitely the right office as per the powers granted to such. I am not sure how I personally feel this way or that way in sending this email, I will just have to wait and see as to whatever the response is.
Perhaps this hastily written response offered in dire times will be of
perspective aide.
Please forgive the multiple carbon copies. I tend to have tremendous difficulties at the best of times reaching different government entities for personal assistance via email and the like. The carbon copies aide in ensuring integrity and delivery of communications. Privacy is one thing, but the reality is that the Truth knows no bounds. It is always there, stifled or not.
