Count 1 - Daniel John BERLADYN, on or about the 31st day of October, 2017, at or near Port Moody, in the Province of British Columbia, having been released pursuant to Section 515 of the Criminal Code, did fail to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance by going within 1 block of Margaret Berladyn's residence, contrary to Section 143(3) of the Criminal Code.
