While I'm not going to translate the entire document for you I will relate that it does not indicate that Angela Merkel is being charged with anything. It is a "criminal complaint" filed by a lawyer. In other words it is essentially a lawsuit on behalf of the German people.

Facebook has changed this. I may not even confirm my identity. They have long known who I am (and who I am not). Now, at least I believe 'now', I am denied the ability to get a Blue Check Mark. How is a Member of Parliament, a governing representative with his/her own Blue Check Mark, going to know that I am a verified Naturally Born Canadian Citizen?
