Good afternoon Sergeant O’Donnell,
I am writing to thank you for you email message regarding the impending arrest warrant yet to be leveraged against my Person. In this moment, I would like to take this opportunity to ask of you and your fellow RCMP Members to look down your pant-legs and to ask yourselves if you are wearing your Stripes. If you are not wearing your Stripes, I would like to ask each of you to place yourselves in the included picture and to think about where you fit in.
While I am ever-evolving in my limited knowledge of the laws governing the land I am confident that you and your fellow Officers, in the best of your abilities, will continue to cause the peace to be kept while endeavoring to prevent further offences against my person and properties. This naturally includes State sanctioned Murder in Her Majesty’s name by unjustly denying my Right to Life, Liberty and Security of my Person through the means of the continued unjust denial of my Home, my Possessions, my Freedom and thereby my Livelihood. Not to mention the means to express my Truth and reply in these matters.
If you or any of your fellow RCMP Members would be so kind as to thank the Offices of Port Coquitlam Crown Counsel and Maple Ridge Community Corrections for their continued patience before such a said deadline I would be greatly appreciative. As always, against tough odds with extremely limited resources, I intend as soon as possible to supply Crown Counsel with the hard evidence as to why it is not in the Public Interest to arrest my Person nor to further the nonsensical expenditure of Her Majesty’s resources, perpetually employing people who continually fail to resolve issues.

Good afternoon Mr. Berladyn,
The Port Coquitlam Crown Counsel office has received a warrant request for you as you have not reported to Denise at Maple Ridge probation office as directed to.
This is to advise you that if you do not attend the Maple Ridge Probation Office to meet with Denise by the end of business day on Friday, July 27 2018 that Crown Counsel will approve and issue a warrant for your arrest.
Thank you,
S/Sgt. Kevin O'Donnell
