On July 3rd, 2018 - The same day I walk out of the Courts, for right or wrong, not binding myself to a Common Law Peacebond, the British Columbia Sheriff Service summons me as a Juror. I wish I was not so suspect. I cannot help but correlate this act to what I have seen on television. Is this not one of the tricks of trade in catching 'the bad guys'?
The summons was actually mailed as per the postal stamp on June 29th, which is also a day that I was in Court. It is all coincidental perhaps and there is nothing to suspect I just cannot help it. This was the day that I was literally denied a trial and tactfully steered into an end of the proceedings which I failed to accept.
I continually beat myself up over not accepting the Common Law Peace bond as it would have ended Criminal Proceedings that should not have even began to take place from the start. However, if I had accepted the Common Law Peace bond that would be no different than asking the Courts myself to Deny me the Right to Life. Which quite honestly, has been denied for so long, the losses too great and the impending complications just about too painful to overcome.
For an agency that conducted a bomb search of my person while I was desperately trying to come up with the five most important questions in twenty minutes or less just before my cross examination at mid day, half way through a trial that determined whether I live free or die in agony, I just cannot help but be suspect.
If everything was not as it is, I would more than likely embrace this opportunity to partake in the Criminal Justice System as a responsible Citizen should. However, I am disqualified as I believe I am still up on Charges (that should not exist).
