Daniel John BERLADYN, on or about the 27th day of August, 2017, at or near Port Moody, in Province of British Columbia, did commit Mischief by wilfully obstructing or interfering with the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of the property of Margaret Ann Berladyn, contrary to Section 430(4) of the Criminal Code.
