Legalities of the Lower Courts
Thoughts running through my mind since June 22, 2018.- The dictated Peace bond only empowered the Abusers, not the real Victim.
- If I dismissed my lawyer outside of a courtroom and he runs into the courtroom representing the case against my wish regardless...
- ..and I was demanding to represent myself in front of a judge while calling my dismissed lawyer who never listened to his client a piece of shit ...
- what authority did they all have with the dismissed lawyer to setup the carry over of Bail Conditions without disregarding my true representation?
- If the British Columbia Provincial Courts arraign me for a trial wrongfully Charged, set the Date & Time, completely ignoring the fact that I am expressing that I will be a suicide... literally being held in such a state for ten months where they then simply throw out the trial refusing to allow me to enter evidence proving the unjustness... then fraudulently, continue harmful bail conditions as written above - How is this not cruel and unusual punishment (Charter of Rights) to an an innocent person?
- If the British Columbia Provincial Courts arraign me for a trial Charged with the Crime of attempting to save my life against unjust Court Orders, set the Date & Time, and upon my appearance (after firing my lawyer), demanding I represent myself, demanding the trial here and now at the set time, expressing the fact that I am against all odds and I cannot sustain myself any longer, how can they delay, delay and thereby sidetrack and deny the trial, deny justice by:
- refusing to allow me to represent myself?
- refusing to hear Charter of Rights violations?
- refusing on the grounds that there is not enough time while the judge wastes an entire five hour time slot?
Yes, they have the Guns - I understand that part.
Finally some Positives on Stalled Issues
I have a very hard time finding a phone, it can take three hours to walk to one to make a call. If the person is not there to answer then... it might take days or even go into weeks before being able to reach out and ask for what I need. Anyways, there are two primary things really weighing on me, outside of the overall situation itself.
I finally got a hold of a friend and the first primary issue is ok for now, at least for a few days. The other primary issue... is one that I do not know how to address. If the courts operated the way they should, this would all be dealt with. Of course, that is the same for the whole situation from the start. If governmental systems operated as they should.
My environment provides little stability to actually game a plan, but I have had a few answers come to me. One, is the God given Right, something that has likely passed through my mind before and the other is the help of good friends. The friend I had wanted to ask is being treated for cancer as I found out today, so that led me back to someone.. perhaps someone more appropriate anyways.
I am literally near the point of committing suicide and no one cares. Somehow, strange how this works, I just get a few more hours or a few more days reprieve from that final act as... my dynamics and desire to talk care of a few things first continually change ever so subtly. In outlook, unless the 'System' and the 'People' involved are willing to meet my needs, I think the outcome is literally inevitable.
I have already been murdered. That happened a long time with no desire for the parties involved to actually resolve that matter. That being an innocent person railroaded and murdered by the state through the inept, politicized, corrupt, communist, bureaucracy that is anything but the 'System' it not only could be, but the 'System' it should be.
