Court June 29th, 2018
The Criminal Charge of a Breach of Recognisance was laid stemming from the above letter written and sent virtually over the internet to Her Majesty the Queen as a confession before the act. My lawyer, one who acted against my expressed interests, one who still entered the courtroom representing the last case after I dismissed him, simply agreed that I would be guilty before this Breach of Recognisance Charge.
Court time was booked from 9:30am until the judge had to leave for another appointment at 2:00pm. I was at my strongest in the morning, however excuse after excuse was thrown at me as the judge delayed and therefore denied the trial. I demanded the right to represent myself. I demanded the right to save my life. I demanded a trial. I tried to submit evidence. I was denied. I told her I was against all odds. I told her I cannot sustain myself.
