Post Title: MURDERED by the State

Absolutely exhausted, financially and emotionally, after waiting ten months to get to trial in a state not far removed from suicide as I veer up and down with bouts of periods coming close to ending my life, I make it to court burning up all of my resources in doing all I can do to prepare for a trial.  A trial that the judge continually delays and tries to put off with excuse after excuse all morning.

I was there underslept, weak and ready to go for the scheduled 9:30am trial time.  Audio begins here after an adjournment near lunchtime, still with no trial underway.

Audio begins 11:25am

00:33s [crown] -  move trial to November or December

00:50s [judge] - denying trial, no time.

00:52s [defendant] - expecting to commit suicide, wants trial

01:00s [judge] - denying a trial, no lawyer

The lawyer already made his deal, the defendant was to be GUILTY

01:06s [defendant] - demands time, wants a 1 hour trial.

01:09s [judge] - denying a trial, no time for charter violations

01:11s [defendant] - gives up charter violations, wants trial

02:24s [judge] - confesses her predetermined desire for a peace bond

Does not want to hear of the supposed crime, or the other supposed crime.  It is all a FRAUD as these two work in conjunction to commit the real Crime of denying the defendant not only the Right to a Trial, but the Right to life.

YOU ARE GUILTY OF MURDER IN THE NAME OF THE STATE

02:28s [crown] - happy, as it is all about placing restrictions, not crimes

03:10s [crown] - keeping the 'charges' hanging over my head

03:41s [judge] - for anyone but the defendant, are you colluding.

03:41s [judge]  the file or are you told what to do?

03:50s [judge]  - no knowledge of the affairs yet has the answer

04:00s [crown]  - wants to pull a fast one having the defendant agree

05:05s [crown] - he already knows it will not work, yet he encourages

05:28s [judge] - no time for a trial, but lots of time for restrictions

05:40s [judge] - you need him to see Duty Council, not he

05:57s [judge] - no time for a trial, but time for the cart before the horse

06:04s [judge] - the dismissed lawyer screw me or?

06:45s [defendant] - cites MIS-APPLICATION of LAW

He was charged with a breach, yet something else is the issue

00:50s [judge] - believes defendant should be happy to be restrained

06:45s [defendant] -

00:00s - Duty Counsel told me the opposite.
