- A Failure to leave my Person untethered and empowered by the Courts.
- A Failure to grant full access at my convenience to my Living Area and Personal Property unhindered and enforced by the Courts.
- A Failure to recover STOLEN Personal Property, Work Assets, Medical Files, Hospital Records, Police Files, Financial Records, Tax Information and Evidence from my Cousin Mark BERLADYN by the RCMP and lastly by the Courts.
- A Failure in finding immediate assistance by subsidy, grant or State finance to forensically write the history of personal witness in highly condensed accurate detail in order to fix myself, fix my family and offer to contribute to fixing the 'System' by offering for study the data along with personal ideas and convictions towards improving the 'System' by means of complimenting it without actually changing any existing core components to the benefit of all British Columbians, those both employed by the Public and those of us who are not.
- A Failure for the means of Restorative Justice and for all in Forgiveness.
A FAILURE to our embodiment of the State; our Sovereign representative to God; Her Majesty the Queen.
