Naming Sunday — the Sun’s Day

The English word Sunday is derived from Old English.

  • Latin – dies solis – Day of the Sun
  • Old English – Sunnandæg – Day of the Sun
  • Old Norse – Sunnundagr

  • Rain this morning.
  • RCMP where looking for a different 'Dan'.
  • There was discussion that the 'Staff' must phone 911 if someone is suicidal which almost seemed to confirm the talks were about me, as in January they just accepted it as I wished.
  • The things I do to sustain myself, I trekked a considerable distance in the rain laden with heavy bags to and fro, earning the help from a friend by helping a friend with his needs so I may meet mine.
  • May as well concern, eat a Brunch for free then find the impossible with no money.  External Peace, internet and inner sanctuary.  My plans were to travel an over an hour away to a known location as everything here is closed or not viable.
  • RCMP again appear, it cannot be me they were looking for as I am literally right in front them less than four feet away while they continue the conversation over a missing person.
  • As a last ditch effort to avoid the unnecessary expense of Translink Fare, time, energy and likely sleep to be in a comfortable place I can be 24/7 I completely luck out.  Lately Publicly available WiFi services have been improving as well as my luck in finding them.  I found a suitable place that is peaceful enough for the time being.
