As a lawyer tasked with trying to represent you I have to make some comments or observations

• The mischief charge will not proceed and will be stayed.  In part no doubt due to issues with getting your mother or other to cooperate in a prosecution.  In any event the reality is that the crown cannot succeed on that charge at this time and they are going to direct a stay of proceedings

( What happened to our conversation were I pointed out in the police files that my mother stated that she did not want me Charged nor hindered in any way?  What happened when I pointed out that my sister, someone who committed PERJURY TO AN OFFICER, someone who was caught embezzling $40,000 was the one who called the police?   This is such a sad excuse for Justice System and you are failing me... )

• The breach charge is much easier for the crown to pursue as it does not require any witnesses outside of Police and/or Bail Supervisor.  None of your family members are required or even relevant to the charge – only questions are
  • Were you bound by a bail order with specific conditions
  • Did you breach or violate any of those conditions

( So is it a Crime to attempt to Save your Own Life against the Corrupt actions of a Criminal Justice System?  If you were any good as my lawyer, you would be up to date, reading this site and you would know that I was planning and attempting to commit suicide in January/February.  I even bought a belt, the Staff at the Salvation Army were informed and passing it around to each other that I did not want their gay little Celebration of Life with my pictures plastered everywhere.  Of course, I was breathing too many heavy drugs, getting badgered, assaulted and threatened far too often to gather the strength to follow through.  If you and the Crown Administrative Counsel were not too busy setting dates over six months away, getting to know each other all buddy buddy, you might have heeded to my comment as I stormed out of the Office "Forget guys, I will long be a suicide by then".  Or perhaps you would know about all of the RCMP Well Being Checks )

 

• If they prove that you were bound by an order that provided a no contact or no go provision and if they prove that you were there while bound by the order you will be convicted.

( Yet, killing me unjustly while greater Crimes have been committed is not a problem? )  

• If you are convicted the court will sentence you – the available options would appear to be
  • Absolute discharge – not remotely probable in this circumstance
  • Conditional discharge – possible but conditions would be effectively the same as the bail order – with a NoGo clause
  • Fine – doubtful – you cannot pay a fine and it would be of little or no value in terms of a deterrent
  • Jail  - last resort and in any event the court would have to take into account the time served
  • Suspended sentence – most likely and that would also impose probation terms – including the NoGo

( And if I commit Suicide, do they all get Awards from her Majesty the Queen? )  

• I know you do not want to have a Peace Bond but I have to place it as an option – and given that Crown is offering it I would be negligent if I did not advise you of it and explain the issue
  • You would not have any conviction – no criminal record
  • You would be bound by conditions to keep the peace and be of good behavior and there would without doubt be a NoGo condition.

( You and EVERYONE else have not Listened.  It is MURDER by the State.  I will not be a suicide, I should NOT be listed as one.  MURDERED by the State.  I am sure our Queen does not personally appreciate that much, as she is the embodiment of the State, the embodiment of Canada in my view.  It is too bad I will not have the chance to write her now in purity. )

 

  END RESULT  

• As your lawyer I am advising you that if the Breach goes to trial the odds of conviction approach a certainty.
• If you are convicted I cannot see any Judge imposing a sentence that does not involve some form of community supervision and that will include a No-Go
• The only road to not having a No-Go is to have clear and direct advice to Crown that your Mother is content to have you come by or reside at the house.  I am told that she has been speaking with Crown (Peter) and based on what he tells me she is not going to consent to that.

 

( Because it is easier to kill her own son than own up to reality after all these people destroyed a delicate chance to resolve this situation properly.  Because she knows my siblings have wronged me and taken over that house, renovating it, painting it to my disliking?  That is my mother.  She's in too deep, she's committed Perjury and there's proof but no one cares..

Even OHASHI realized this by her comments to the Probation Office last year.  That idiot OHASHI and everyone involved murdered me in February of 2016.  Then they tried to cover it up by deleting Victim Services Emails.  Either that, or my siblings deleted those, but then who deleted Mark Berladyn's copies?  I know it was not him.

By the way, why should I trust Peter NG ?  He didn't even seem to care if I killed myself setting those dates and keeping these ridiculous Charges.  )

 

• If the matter goes to trial you will have a criminal conviction and a criminal record.

  ( I seem to care more about being murdered unjustly.  Who cares about a Fraudulent System and it's Charges.  Wake up, they have already killed me. )  

• IN REALITY the only significant differences between the options if it goes to trial/conviction or Peace bond are that you would not have a criminal record and it is at least slightly more unlikely that a breach of that would result in a jail sentence.  Do not confuse that  with what would or will happen if you breach the No-Go -   you will be arrested and Jailed and it is extremely doubtful that I, or any other counsel, will be able to get you out on Bail.

  My advice to you is this. (Save it, I was right from day one). Accept the Peace Bond and stay away for the period of the Order (12 months)  Any other options or choices have a high to certain risk of Jail and/or commitment

( Why so I can die in the streets and if I manage to survive the mighty heroic losers at the Port Moody Police Department and the Crown can do it all over again?  You do not get it at all period.  I will never recover, even at home, my best odds at recovery...  extremely slow, extremely taxing and completely unjust cruel and unusual treatment in relation the real world facts, not the fraud imposed upon my person by this corrupt system.  Corrupt, everyone knew it was all a Fraud.  MURDER that is all you are recommending, just let them Murder you. )

If you cannot accept my advice I do not know  what else I (as a Lawyer) can do for you.  I have huge amounts of sympathy for your position and what has happened to you but I cannot change what has happened and all I can do is try and ease your passage through a justice system that cannot and will not adapt to you.

( The onus is not on me, it is on EVERY SINGLE CANADIAN, especially those collecting earnings in government positions, they murdered someone unjustly. )

I will be there on Friday.   What happens after that depends on how you deal with my advice.

( Is that the deal you and Peter Ng made between each other?  I have to ask. )

All this means to me is that the Criminal Justice System is corrupt, that all of our communications have been a waste and that my time best spent this week was doing what I had told myself to do.  Write her Majesty the Queen and then record my oral reading of the letter, posting it to Buckingham Palace.  In the end, that is all that is to be left of me.

You have all murdered someone.  All of you involved.  As my oldest brother used to laugh at me almost two decades ago "You never recover, haha",  "No one will help you, haha", "Too many people get involved and it gets all screwed up", "It's all about MONEY", "No one Cares" all while the next follower brother rubs his hands together grinning.  Pretty sad excuses for males, but then again, that is true of so many.

At the end of the day, my decisions have already been made.  If the people in this System want to go ahead take the last breaths of someone they have already murdered, if getting the kill is that important to them, then that's what they'll get.   Hey, why take an honest look at all the corruption in government positions exposing yourself and your friends, when you can just murder someone?

That answer probably works for everyone, my family, the Port Moody Police, the Port Moody Mayor, the Prosecutors, the Judges, the Politicians on the take, the overpaid useless Doctors, Social Workers, Government paid Church Employees, Bail/Probation Office, everyone and more.  I mean hey, why fix and learn from your mistakes so you can improve yourself when you can just erase them by killing someone?

Makes sense to me.
