Do you know why I called you a "Fucking CRIMINAL" in the Courtroom?

You stood there enjoying yourself twisting up TRUTH while amping up Bail Conditions.  I shouldn't assume, but seeing that this is your only profile picture available when I had searched, I was left with the impression that you were ashamed of yourself.  Embarrassed to display yourself in public, so you hide behind sunglasses.  From a friend I know, this is a common trait amongst prosecutors.

In my case you should be ashamed, this whole system has ran over and murdered an innocent person to protect government employees for their wrong doings while ensuring that the status quo is met.  That being that a female accusing a male of something he did not do becomes the verdict.  Regardless of what is written to any file, even my own while writing in very poor health as my whole life destructs in front of me before I even get to reply to the accusations - you are all CRIMINALS.

You do not even care enough to take measures to fix your own corruptions. At least the initial  prosecutor felt bad and he had a hard time going through with it all.  Peter Ng, I am still ascertaining but no, it seems the kill is more important to him.  Tell me should I post your name, or just ask you a question?

I am far too nice.  Dr. Owen James, he stated that my own Mother cannot admit to herself that it is I, her youngest son that she always put down, it is I who saved her.  Dr. Owen James had stated "That my own Mother could not admit what I had done for her because it did not make her feel very good".  In other words, to make herself feel better she had to buy into the bullshit my oldest brother always fed her.  This resulting in the winning the "game" for him in the end.

Never mind that Dr. Owen James who never did anything to actually help resolve the situation as advertised on his website, let me ask you...

Should a Mother not have to admit facts to herself if those same facts do not make her feel very good?  Should a women be held to account and have to state Truth even if doing so negatively affects her emotional worldview?  Should a woman be accountable, or just pampered and made to feel well about herself while 80 Males per Week commit Suicide in Canada?  That same question to the 88 Males per week in the United Kingdom.

Kingdom - and the Males are killing themselves.

You know something, you people are the ones who polarized this situation, making it what it is.  You and the Port Moody Police.  What was her name from your offices?  Marion?  You people collecting your government cheque.  Before you assumed, stamped and labelled me some violent person who committed all these acts that never actually took place, just mere accusations by my sister who ruined her own life and then tried to make up for it by stealing from mine with the support of two loser brothers who do not comprehend right from wrong.   Perfectly acceptable for your crowd isn't it?  But deep down, you do not feel very good because you know that in what you are doing, you are a Criminal.  You Enjoyed it in the Courtroom.  You enjoyed screwing over an innocent person for your Paycheque.  You Enjoyed it.

Charter of Rights, now Peter Ng want to Stay the Charges after nearly a year of keeping me in a life destructing state which only ensures that I can never defend myself.  Just like right now, I cannot even print documents.  I own THREE PRINTERS.  Fuck you people, aiding and abetting unjust behaviour that YOU have enlarged to this extent.  All this time, killing another human being under the guise that you can do no wrong representing the Crown.  Tell me another thing since Bill Morneau claims the Future is Female... is it appropriate for female police officers to be giggling over these types of family problems when I phone into a Police Department?  As a female, is that appropriate?

It is ONE thing to Give your Life for a Good cause...

....it is a whole nother to have people Take it Unjustly.

Proceedings in criminal and penal matters

11. Any person charged with an offence has the right

• (a) to be informed without unreasonable delay of the specific offence;

• (b) to be tried within a reasonable time;

• (c) not to be compelled to be a witness in proceedings against that person in respect of the offence;

• (d) to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal;

• (i) if found guilty of the offence and if the punishment for the offence has been varied between the time of commission and the time of sentencing, to the benefit of the lesser punishment.
