Well, this was disappointing. By the way, the audio is poor - my apologies for that as I did not take enough care. If I could do it again, I would have ensured clear audio and responded slightly different word wise.
Everyone in the Bail Office that I am accustomed to seeing, including the receptionist who I very much enjoy watching perform her job effortlessly with maturity, impartiality and blind skill is gone. The routine people I am used to seeing are in a Workshop. Being told this, I realized that had I somewhat set myself up for this moment. I left coming in here until the last day, it very might well have nothing to do with me, but if anyone wanted to avoid being recorded in conversations that can amount to the only means for me to save my life pulling everyone away knowing that I am coming in is one way to do it.
The audio is terrible. I had little care beforehand. I was mulling over coming in here procrastinating because I have not been able to finish following up with the Psychiatrist. I had wanted to write a business letter to him regarding my health by this last Monday, and then failing that by today but it just has not happened. It doesn't matter as it's too late. Yesterday I was free all afternoon with everything I had needed but my laptop. By the time I was able to retrieve it, I was too tired from waking so early every morning. By early evening I decided to try going to sleep early on the couch only to have two drinking women continually inject themselves into my conscious every five minutes. They just could not respect that I wanted to be left alone to sleep.
This morning with the heavy rain we were having I woke up tired and I ended up coming into the library late. I decided the only thing I should do is drop all my plans towards using the Bail Office visits for any other purpose but to finish stating my physical medical problems. The conversation I cut short with the Psychiatrist. I would not be able to go into emotional, mental, or business related health, but I could at least finish stating the physical problems. It makes sense to me, especially when I see FraserHealth viewing my site the last two days. I also see the Canada Revenue Agency and someone again at an Airport in Ottawa.
Last week, I had one of my favourite little flags come up in the control panel here for this website. The British Flag. I do not get visited as often as I used to, but I do like seeing the British Flag come up. Upon checking the location it was right outside of Kensington Palace which makes perfect sense if you understand where I have been sharing audio files.
I was partly inclined to state that I will not come into the Bail Office next week as what would be the point? To further belittle and damage any proper chance at responding to the Court? To further Psychologically impair me before Court? As if everything has not been made impossible enough as it is. However, there's no point at this stage. I did not want to bother stating such to someone who I never met before.
I have to state here, when she asked if I was following the Bail Conditions I wanted to reply 'Are you?'. Meaning, are you fulfilling your obligations? I should not have given a sarcastic remark, I should have just stated I decline to answer.
Physical Health
My Eyes. My contacts have not been out in seven months. My eyes hurt and my vision I have noted is not as sharp as it used to be. Prior to this, ever since I had been thrown out of home, I had ended up in situations where I could not take my contacts out for lengthy extended periods, either because I did not have an extra set to replace these or because I did not have the environment, then the habitual habit to do so. Then, on top of that history I am going an additional seven plus months. These are weekly lenses, if there really is such a thing.
My Teeth. In the later part of 2014, and again in 2015 just before being thrown out, I was informed by my dentist that all of my teeth had to come out. All of them. This was of prime fiscal importance to my budgets, I had to get into and stay in a stable financial position to accommodate this need, now I cannot even fathom paying for it without getting home. Last year, I woke up one morning and spat out a tooth. With this toothache, which is coming on just in time for court, I know which one is coming next. It even hurts to chew and I have had to certain foods for months.
My Respiratory. I am disappointed in the Royal Columbian Hospital, I remember them thoroughly checking me out just before I was thrown out of home in 2016. I insisted on lung x-rays as I was to have them done with non-related referrals. The Radiocologist let me look at the pictures, but he would not explain them to me. A 'doctor' had to do that. I had stated 2014 to the Psychiatrist, but it was 2o15 that I had the Spirometry tests done. My lungs were in bad shape, most of the late damage I felt was attributed to trying to induce a heart attack by chain smoking cheap disgusting indian cigarettes in 2013/2014. I could type a lot but I will cut it short by stating that I was told I was Asthmatic and I was borderline for COPD. It might make sense to people that I quit smoking, but that wasn't going to happen for me unless my home life was settled, with my life on a stable track and if I was happy and in peace. Then I task that one, not before.
My Fingers. My two eternal fingers on my right hand, the two small ones, they are continually numb. This started about a month and a half ago. I attributed it to having to carry my heavy laptop bag around 24/7. Often, I carry a heavy duffle bag as well. I have had to. The shelter does not help a person with that problem. In the Emergency Shelter, they make sure everyone cuts their ties with shelter everyday. You have to take all your belongings and leave. Like I had told the Port Moody Police Officer who kept trying to be helpful by trying to get me to take a piece of my luggage set January 17th, I only want with me what I can carry. Which is not much, but weight wise - far too much.
My skin. It is clearing. I hate to admit this, but I didn't shower too often at the Emergency Shelter. Showering there was a stressful ordeal. You have needles in the showers, you have to lock up your belongings and you have to watch your clothes while you shower because someone might steal them. On top of that, usually I would try to time showering with laundry so I could have clean clothes. Laundry which is only done at certain times and you have to remember to put your name on a list, first come first serve. Then the really important part, clean socks. Going with wet feet for days at a time, or not showering for longer periods - I wanted clean socks as... once your feet get wet... The bottom of my feet are still healing, I do not know the terminology for the skin conditions. My ankles are healing as well, the dry dandruff skin almost cleared, along with the clogged pores on my legs. Foot odor, that will likely take a few pairs of new shoes and some time in a proper home. Foot powder just doesn't cut it.
Muscle Loss. If I am not missing something like the constant strain on my heart that I used to have, I think that is everything physical with the exception of work needs. Workwise, I have no power behind me in pushing tools. My muscles mass is long gone not having done any work in ten months, nor any real hard work in two plus years. I am fat from the shelter food and I just have no strength, no drive, no real ability to push myself to work hard. I likely have very low endurance too. For a reader who does not comprehend, this is very bad and it takes a lot of time to recover into a position that is not costing me financially, both immediately and over time business/health wise. Your word and reputation are everything in this trade. I have been off work so long that the callouses that I have had for nearly all of my adult life are gone. I cannot even grip tools properly without them.
Other Health
Emotional, Mental, Financial, Business, Legal Health - I cannot even begin to explain the damage all of this has cost me after everything I had already went through. The only thing I can say is that if I am unable to return home after next week - everyone who has taken part in preventing such are all equitably guilty towards literally murdering an innocent person who was in the right. If I lose the first court case, I am not losing the second.
