Subject: Mischief Case - Courtroom DynamicsHi [Honest Man],
I had wanted to write you for maybe the last two weeks to ask you a few questions regarding the Mischief Trial. I was not able to write you as I wanted to be sure I was asking all the right questions to get all the right answers. As usual, I found myself subjected to too much instability. Unexpected events, the continual stream of distractions coming at each psychological clearing. Murphy’s Law on steroids it seems. Anyways, I’ll try to list out what I remember wanting to know.
- Which Judge will I have? The same one we had seen in December while filing the Motion? The same Judge as the one whom set the Bail Conditions?
- Courtroom #1. Will it be a sealed room or will it be open to the public? Will the case likely run the entire day? I assume thinking of the witness list, it will.
There were other questions but I forget them. I only have ten minutes to finish sending this email or it will not get sent. It’ll just sit on my plate. As crazy or unadvisable as it may be, I was going to breach by writing a well written letter to several recipients including my mother. I am too behind even in that I think. At least at this scattered moment that is my thinking. I had a lot I had wanted to write in a sensible manner, but as you can see I seem to have problems writing you with just a simple set of questions. In the right environment I would pull it off, but not like this. Maybe your approach is for the best, but in my overall situation… I do not know how to explain it. Without meeting certain needs at the outcome of that trial, it’s just… another three weeks like this, I just… Anyways, perhaps you would like to catch up on a few things. I am sorry without an Office, or my main Computer, without writing everything out, I just cannot direct you properly. That for me is a situational health issue, best resolved not by Mental Health / Social Workers, but by my own actions which displeased the Crown as you stated.
