"I hereby revoke this authorization, March 20th, 2018." - I  revoked the Salvation Army's legal permission to share information with 'Social Development (dated Jan 9th, 2018)' and a whole slew of 'Agencies (dated Jan 18th, 2018)'.

I have concerns that this doesn't stop people from ignoring such anyways, but legally they are no longer allowed.  What I feel had happened just the day before this was exactly what I had feared would happen.  That being that too many people begin making poor assumptions with other people  complicating the very simplest of things when I need them the most.

This day I am very upset about not being able to find reprieve from the 'System', unneeded 'Doctors', unneeded 'Medications' and unneeded 'People trying to Control my Life'.   I am sorry to all those involved, but this was complete idiocy when all I needed in support was Common Sense.
