Interception

184 (1) Every one who, by means of any electro-magnetic, acoustic, mechanical or other device, wilfully intercepts a private communication is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.
Saving provision
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to
-
(a) a person who has the consent to intercept, express or implied, of the originator of the private communication or of the person intended by the originator thereof to receive it;

I looked forward to your answer today....
My website tells me that you hit this website 54 times today. Fifty-four times before I walked into the Bail Office. I didn't know if I should release the last two posts before I had done so or after. I thought it would be more to your benefit to release them first, so I did. As always, I wish everything was written better.
Anyways, when I walked into the Bail Office, Michael was busy on the phone. The Supervisor, who Michael was to ask to answer my question, had called in sick for the last two days. That made me laugh. If it is the same Supervisor I originally met months ago I like him, but it made me laugh because for the last two days the weather has been great. It's really nice out and he's sick.
In my Trade - you go to work sick. There's no time off. There's no sick days. In my mind, he has either called in to enjoy the weather or to avoid the question all together and buy some time. Of course, I could be completely wrong all together - maybe his heart exploded the other month and he's truly suffering problems. I would hope not.
I may add to this later, I may not.
