0:40s - Made it through it fine in his eyes at this moment. What he doesn't know is that I was a mere twenty minute walk and not far in thought from walking in front a car. The heavy rain, my desire for the optimum time of day and the wish to have some smokes and a good coffee beforehand was burdensome. Upon visiting a friend who happily filled my requests while stating words against the idea was frustrating.
1:00s - Reminded to tell me that they do not want me recording. I understand they not want me to. What I would like is the real reason why. As far as recording other people go, if someone doesn't want people to know things then they shouldn't state them among the public, but that one is just an excuse for their request as I have no intent to record such things. Criminal Code 184-2(a) - I am within my full rights to do what I am doing I as I authorize myself, I give consent to myself, to record my own conversations.
Breach of trust by public officer
122 Every official who, in connection with the duties of his office, commits fraud or a breach of trust is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, whether or not the fraud or breach of trust would be an offence if it were committed in relation to a private person.
1:15s - The Criminal Code 122, while lawyers and judges may interpret this one way, the general public and myself may very likely interpret it another. My trust has definitely been breached as I no longer automatically respect an officer, for the sake of being an officer. That is unfortunate.
1:35s - Recording as a means to protect myself from psychological abuse, misdirection, lies and outright corruption makes sense to me.
1:40s - The only way for me to be able to review what was actually spoken if I am poor mental health is to record it. The medical benefits of such, the surety of recording makes absolute sense.1:48s - The only way for me in good conscious to explain how the system has and is failing me, is to record it. These conversations are emptying words out of my vessel which I may never be able to, nor have the opportunity to, repeat. Even further, these opportunities may be my only real world opportunity in the given situation to express my history, my current situation and my real needs. Recording makes sense to me.
2:10s - My intent has not been to record and then enter the evidence in a Courtroom, but to record and offer it as evidence before God. The root and the thereby the sum of all truth, the sum of all life, to all of mankind, both present and future. Realistically, I would rather not have been pressed into this situation. I would much rather have written it all out as expressed in August 2016.
2:40s - You cannot serve another, you cannot serve the greater truth, if you are too busy serving yourself, too busy ensuring that you look good, too busy ensuring that you have your job. As soon as you introduce people into a given situation, you introduce corruption. Both intentional and unintentional corruption.
My oldest brother used to pride himself by telling me that if I stayed in that house, if I stayed there to keep it going, if I stayed there to try to earn it, that the situation always ends up the same - I'd get screwed.
Too many people get involved and then you get screwed. Happens every time he would scoff as he was so sure of himself. So sure of himself that I believe at least in part that he had to make to make it happen for his own satisfaction. Much of his actions are premeditated.

2:55s - Lawyers. Their first priority is themselves. This is not a dig at my current lawyer, just the overall profession in general. However, even they will tell me with absolute conviction, that the System is corrupt.
Now speaking of my current lawyer, I actually have not been able to speak to him even as late as the last court appearance. I kept trying to write him beforehand, but I was unable to. The same after the appearance. I have not had the psychological peace to communicate what I have needed to. Lawyers, although I understand the reasons for them, they are just another link in a chain of communicating truth that inadvertently fails you.
3:20s - This whole system does not work. I do admit, there are aspects to it that I am not crediting because behind the scenes, things can and do happen for the greater good, the pulling of hidden levers for the right reasons, but at the end of the day we can do so much better than this - and why don't we? We have all the technology necessary to make things work properly here and now today.

If I would have written this page yesterday, the right words here may have come out of me.4:00s - Causing the loss of everything important to the core of someone's life, subsequently destroying their ability to communicate their Truth, then forcing them through a prolonged period of unnecessary meetings and appointments which only further distort and corrupt a person's own facts, which not only cripple their mental health rebound, but prolong and compound their internal issues before leaving them to defend themselves in a Trial that is biased on adversarial argumentation. Maybe this works for some people, maybe I am not seeing this right, but it doesn't work for me. It's insane.
4:45s - Why would the Bail Office create a policy of 'no recording' if they are not doing anything wrong?
5:20s - What protects me from being abused? From mind-games? From Psychological Abuse? What protects me from intentional misdirection which leads ultimately to the Crown Prosecutors benefit in the Courtroom?
5:51s - Talk to a lawyer about the legalities, talk to someone else who has no primary vested interest...
6:02s - I would rather talk to God about it. I'd rather be True.
6:20s - What good is coming into this office if I cannot make good of it?
7:08s - Well, that's a better answer than I was given in December... that being the smart assed remark asking me if I wanted to be checking in every single day. Either way changes now are very likely too late, the damage is done. I am actually not sure what is more beneficial, coming in less often or coming in twice per week and recording conversation with an 'Officer of the Courts' to make good use of them.
7:26s - Speaking of Victoria, someone on a Provincial Internet Service Provider was at this site the very next day after this above recording.
7:35s - Well, actually I do not think it is completely stupid, but I am stupid enough to think that the System is trying to provide me a means to bring all of this to court and turn it all around as it should be. However, I think that would be naive of me because if that were the case... I would be provided what I need to communicate my truth - and that hasn't happened. Just an inevitable push into the scuedo-sciences of 'Mental Health', which in fact is anything but as it such things only make me sick.
8:20s - Charter of Rights and Freedoms, 11(b) - Any person charged has a right to be tried within a reasonable time. I meant to state 11(b). A week would be a reasonable time for conducting Mischief if all parties were honest with themselves, if they were all honest in Court.
I believe I that I read the Supreme Court ruled cases being heard within six months was reasonable time. I suppose if I had what I needed all of this time, I could have used that six months.
9:20s - You can tell the Court again that the Courts are ignoring my medical needs. My medical needs are to be at home to be financed to forensically write everything out. Not only to fix myself, but to fix the System.
