Yes and my Right to Life has literally been denied by this System, almost killing me.  It would not surprise me if it actually does.

Who charges someone for 'Mischief' for parking his vehicle at home for safe keeping while he attempts to check himself into the the hospital so that he does not end up killing himself in the streets?  You people are insane, you are the ones who need Psychiatrists, not I.

Who deletes and omits files laying bogus Charges against someone in order to throw them out of their home after they have almost dropped dead from stress just before they run out of money and their bank cards stop working?
