Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

On or abouts November 7th, 2015:

The Port Moody Police failed to include the General Occurrence File in their response to my Freedom of Information request (FIOPPA) regarding this visit by the Port Moody Police.   An Officer I like and respect had visited me at home for what I can only presume was a well-being, overall situation check.  If you refer to my PMPD Victim Services Emails (which were mysteriously deleted) you will see the confirmation of this visit.  During this visit, I was concerned that I may be removed from the house for medical reasons, although that much was never stated.  I had told the Officer that you kill me if you force me out of this house.  During this period, I literally felt that I would have dropped dead from the additional stress, even with an ambulance there.  People at work were concerned too, stating the same things.  They were scared that I was going to just drop dead right on site.

I told the Officer that you will kill me if you force me out of this house.  When I had said that, I had meant it two fold.  In the immediate term, I literally would have, or may have dropped dead from the additional stresses incurred.  I also meant it long term, as if I was to leave that house, it had to be done when I was ready otherwise it would be impossible for me to survive.  My livelihood requirements and finances had to be ready and prepared, otherwise there was no way I would ever survive, let alone thrive.

We had talked about the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Branch and I had asked the Officer who would remove me.  He told me that it would not be the Port Moody Police, that it would be a Bailiff.  It would not be 'us' he had stated.  In reply, I muttered 'Court Order' to communicate my resolve.  I determined right there that it would take a Court Order to remove me from that house.  Realistically, that was the correct assessment.

There is so much more to this, but they did fail to secure my person and my right to life when they, in my view, fraudulently built a case to 'RAILROAD' me out, as per the Criminal Duty Counsel's own description.

On or abouts, February 24th, 2016

The day I was arrested for the first time, Port Moody Police said:

"We have to get your mind off of this.  We have to get you thinking about something else".

You have to try to control my thoughts and get me to stop thinking about saving my own life?  I somehow think you were all wrong about that.  It is not your job to try to control what people think.  Same with the following statement just weeks earlier:

"We do not think you should live here anymore."

That is not your job either.  To decide where people live and then proceed to build a case in order to railroad them out.
