So earlier today 10:00 AM, I was outside with a Salvation Army Staff Member.  In marched this black man with a clipboard in his hand.  He caught my attention as I had never seen him before, he appeared to have purpose.  I mentioned this to him as he passed by, asking if I could find out where he was from.  No response.

The Staff Member I was with was spooked out, "That was strange" he said, "Spooky".  He had never seen him before either.  Coming inside to find out more (I can be inquisitive), there was another black man who looked like Morpheus from the Movie the Matrix.  I was going to compliment him with some humour in regards to such, but I didn't want to disturb him.  Turns out, he is a Psychiatrist and I was glad I didn't disturb him for fear of being 'treated' by him at some later date.

I found out the first man was from Coast Mental Health.  He was here to  take care of some Administration affairs.  Interesting, I just find learning to be interesting.  Especially when you see a chain of events through my eyes.
