In seeking to violate my RIGHTS, the Administrative Crown Counsel, Peter Ng, is attempting to curtail and limit my ability to provide for a full defense of person by crippling my ability to efficiently harness support from anywhere in Canada, the Common Realm, the Commonwealth and the World regarding these specific legal matters as well as others. This is after the Courts have already destroyed and refused my true full capacity to reply.
Which is not only to my own disparity, but to the disparity of all. Efficiency and ease of communication are paramount to not only any reply, but also to my mental health needs (medical) as only I would know them. This is especially true as I continually find myself Psychologically Abused by the Crown's own Bail Officers for no other justifiable reason that I can see other than the self-satisfaction of abusing their position to prevent my own peace, my own harmony, and even my own orientation.
In fact, I have often found the actions of several Bail Officers enough to push me over the edge and into the path of an oncoming car.
This is just one example. Normally, I see the clerk, I often show up and I am informed that my 'Bail Officer' is off duty and having a lunch break. This is routine, as is my response. I always politely leave and return at a later time. This time, the clerk acknowledged me, my current Bail Officer waved, and I sat down to find myself assertively called to the Interview Room by a different Bail Officer. One I am familiar with from the Port Coquitlam Offices.
They already know that I prefer stability, and the patterned instability that the Port Coquitlam Bail Office would often create had always felt like intentional Psychological Abuse. They would often make a change right before my expectations keeping me off kilter and making my person ill. This was especially true whenever I had felt there was something important to effect in a meeting.
Filling out forms after I have left in verbal agreement, marking a signature box as I have patterned (forgery?), and outright lying as to the reality of our last conversation is extremely taxing to my diminished health. It is not only conduct unbecoming of an Officer, it is severe PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE , which is something I have found rather common at the Port Coquitlam Bail Office. Rather unfitting behaviour for the title of 'Officer', 'Supervisor', etc.
In my overall health this is Criminal behaviour as it makes me physically ill. This is abuse, unbecoming of an Officer (and their respective Oaths). Furthermore, this is unbecoming of the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights (in the very least, Article 1).
- Yes, she did state that "We know we kill people, but no one knows how to stop it". I assumed at the time, by her use of 'We', that she meant the people in her Office, and those alike in related government positions.
- Does she actually think that having a job to do is more important than the fact that she is part of a System that kills people? Is that perhaps the exact problem? A job being more important than someone's life?
- Actually, I am not always saying that I am going to jump in front of a bus. I have likely never used that reference before. Not only that, but the plans had changed from jumping in front of a car, to something non-injurious to innocent people and then as of late, dropped all together as it's been out of my mind, until situations like in this Bail Office today.

We all have different capabilities. Personally I prefer the amount of care, dedication and integrity of this Bail Officer. Perhaps that is the exact reason they "transferred" her. Listening to her tonight, I was lucky to meet her. Thank you.

I cannot in good conscience, I cannot in personal religious conviction, believe that anything less is not only an infringement on 2(a), 2(b), 2(c), 2(d) guaranteed by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, they are an infringement on my God Given Rights. They are an infringement upon our Lord Jesus Christ, for He is Us; God's only Begotten Son, Mankind. Mankind, a Kind of Man, a Kind Man.
I cannot in good conscience allow the corrupted processes such as the British Columbia Policing Systems, the British Columbia Mental Health Systems and the British Columbia Judicial Systems to get away with Murdering my Person by the destruction of my dignity, the destruction of my emotions, the destruction of my livelihood, the destruction of my finances and more - without freely expressing what those same entities have done.
